Hyannis Harbor Hotel

3.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

Very well located for transportation to desired sites. Services, amenities, rooms in new ‘Tower’ complex very comfortable. Restaurant on property very good food & drinks. Some rooms in older, main road frontage not very inviting at regular prices.

I arrived on this property from out of state and there was no electricity. The staff member lied to me during check in saying there was partial electricity in the room and the AC would be working - nothing worked. I had to leave and get a room somewhere else. When I returned the next day to make sure the facility had electricity, there was a complication with my reservation and later I found out that they had canceled it since I didn't sleep in the room the first night and "they didn't know if I was coming back." So instead of calling me to confirm my stay the second night, they gave my room away. I was given a room that was extremely dirty, smelt like mildew, and was not what was advertised in the photos. Very disappointing.

Hotel is well located, clean, great service. Nice amenities, definitively recommend.

Overall the hotel is somewhat shabby and quite dated, bordering on run-down. Many rooms have porches at ground level with a parking lot. Very few rooms have views. Amenities are lacking. Most certainly not a boutique hotel - in fact quite ridiculous that the hotel advertises itself as one.

Location to the ferries was perfect. I stay in a lot of hotels and this one ranks as one of the nicest. Easy walk to a few dining options. Loved it!

Comfortable hotel with complete darkness when needed

Stayed in a new section, mid-Nov off season, it was all new, clean, bright, remodeled with a stylish lobby and very nice staff. Looks like major renovations are happening to the rest of the property too. RIght across from Harbor - easy walking distance to all of Main Street. I'm a local returning to visit family and this will be my go-to place from now on.

All of the amenities were closed, which was disappointing. A lower rate should have been offered to compensate for the lack of things offered.

Nice hotel. Close to ferry, restaurants and shopping.

Nice hotel and close to the harbor. Walls a bit thin. We could hear the showering running in the next room. Overall, a nice stay.

Stayed in newer rooms very nice and clean. Had an issue with our door locking it was fixed right away. Pool was a bit congested with kidos but expected on a super hot day. Wished the parking would have been included with booking $25

We were upgraded to the new building, which is right next to the original building and based on the reviews we thought this was a great thing but it really wasn't. This was our first stay so we didn't really know the difference, but the new building doesn't connect with the new one so if you want to use the pool or go to their bar you have to walk through the parking lot into the original building. It was awkward to walk with your towels through the parking lot. The room in the new building was nice but it was small, and the bed wasn't very comfortable.

Nice location, close to restaurants and ferry, a lot of outside seating to relax. My child loved the kiddie pool.

Enjoyed the stay ……. Room was clean and service was very good,,, great location walked everywhere

Pre-season stay. Brand new part of property is stunning and very quiet. Would stay here again.

Recently updated hotel conveniently located to ferry and downtown Hyannis.
