Right across from the ferry to Nantucket.
Very nice property spread over a few buildings. Kept clean and well-lit parking. The indoor pool was far away from our room and had to actually walk through the parking lot to get to it
Nice and clean rooms
Does the job. clode to the port and to main street. Pool is nice to have.
Very nice room with an extremely comfy bed. The lobby door was locked when I arrived at 10:30pm, and the front desk clerk left me standing there in the freezing rain for some time before letting me in. That wasn't really her fault--she was helping another guest, but she had physically come to the door and let me in when. So I had to wait until she was done with the guest. They should either leave the door unlocked or have a way for the clerk to open it from the desk.
Very expensive, out dated and dirty
While the hotel isn't terrible I would not stay here again. There are other hotels for similar pricing that you would not have to pay for parking. I was specifically looking for a room with a view and there are rooms that advertise this which I didnt get. Our view was a burnt building since the hotel had a fire. Alot of hidden fees at hotel. On top of it all i traveled with an infant and there was food in the corner of the room that we stayed in and we left and the same crumbs were never cleaned . I would stay somewhere else.
Clean Rooms, but very outdated. Excuse for problems blamed on COVID - overprice restaurant, staff not trained. and low quality food. No Pool or firepit.
Room was comfortable and nicely updated. The bathroom, though, definitely needed an upgrade. The tub was incredibly slippery, toilet seat shaky and the closet door was stuck. Very nice location across from the waterfront and a short walk to Main St.
Location and views
Our experience was mostly positive. We stayed in the new building, so everything was up to date. Cannot speak for the old section. The only thing keeping this from being a 5* review is the parking. The entire parking lot is secured and you need a room key to access and leave. The fact that you have to pay extra for parking upon arrival is absurd. There were plenty of extra spots so overflow was not an issue. I get that it is right across from the ferry, but the parking should be built in to the hotel room price.
The room was a bit outdated, hole in back of bathroom door, they don’t provide weighted blankets, front desk rarely answers phone, otherwise pool and restaurAunt are fantastic and location superb
The door knob was broken and a sharp metal piece was hanging out which cut my thumb within few minutes of entering the room. I reported the incident at the front desk and they took down the injury report and said that the room will be changed the next day. The room was not changed neither the broker knob was repaired for our entire stay of 3 nights. The service was terrible, we were out of coffee cups as they were not doing the room Cleaning due to covid, when requested for coffee cups they said they are sending and nothing happened for 24 hrs, we got coffee cups after repeated calls to front desk. This hotel no way deserves 3.5 stars and this was one of my worst experience ever
For the money per night I think it could of been a better stay, I travel alot, you had to pay 28 a night to park, I have stayed at other properties in Hyannis and never paid to park, their lots are huge so feel a bit much to pay to park and I had 2 vehicles, the shower just stop working twice during a shower, otherwise it was ok. Ice machines had not ice, had to walk to another building to get ice and was not convient. I would not stay here again, I expected more for the price,. Not worth what they charge. Other hotels were nicer staff, free parking and half the price.
