The hotel is nice and clean. Staff is great. Unfortunately we had a ground level room by the pool in Oct and a large group of parents and kids were in for a soccer or hockey tourney. The room above was just like a herd of elephants upstairs and the kids ran all night and in early morning. Would have asked for a room in the back had I known.

Very impressed by the property.Across the Hyline ferry terminal so convenient to catch the ferry the next day or a place to stay if you are coming in on a late boat Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

This hotel was beautiful, rooms were huge and comfortable with great bedding, cleaning staff was friendly ahd helpful. The ONLY reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the girls at the front desk were so rude and unhelpful! Multiple other guests were complaining about the front desk girls also. They didn't even smile when you checked in. If you called or went into the lobby to inquire about anything, their tone of voice was nasty and they did not assist in any way! They should all be fired! Terrible customer service! It was if you were disturbing them.

Room was clean, AC thermostat broke on our 2nd night but we were able to go til it from the main device. The room view was disappointing. We booked a premium king bed with sofa bed and thought we would have a view of the harbor. We had a view to the side parking lot
