Price was good for off season

It was fine. It is winter, so the indoor pool was closed. They emailed me ahead of time. I wished they had a binder of local businesses and restaurants that are open this time of year. That would help support local businesses that struggle during the off season. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were very clean. Needs more hooks in the bathroom to hang up towels. The price was very reasonable.

When we got to the property thats when we were told that the indoor pool and hot were closed wasnt stated on the websit. Had to wait 10 minutes before having hot water to take a shower.

NOT a pleasant experience

terrible time at cape sands inn. staff was rude and unhelpful. basic amenities like soap were missing. walls were paper thin and could hear every word and ‘more’ from our neighbors late into the night. staff and manager did nothing to help, didnt communicate with us, and when we refused to stay a second night, wouldnt release our reservation. rooms were crummy and beds uncomfortable. id avoid this place if at all possible.

Can’t really complain. It was a one night stay off-season but when we got to our room, the toilet didn’t work. There was no one on site to fix it so it took about an hour after a long travel to be able to use the bathroom. Other than that it was totally fine. I’m sure during the season it would be better so I don’t wanna be too unfair about it. The beds were wicked comfortable though!

nice room but ... the most important thing, the mattress was firm, like hard as a rock, and the pillows were like foot stools. There was no way to find comfort in that bed.
