I was tought if you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all.

The staff at the front desk was extraordinarily helpful. It felt more like a B&B or Inn with the personal attention. Our room was unfortunately quite run down and dingy. The rug, furniture, bathroom etc. were quite outdated and dingy with age/use.

We did the dog friendly room. I think the other rooms are nicer. I thought I was in a time warp to 1970 with a fresh coat of paint. You get what you pay for. It was OK, but a disappointment on our get away.

This is our second summer in a row staying here and we’ll likely have a third. Check-in and check-out was easy, the staff is really nice, and it’s affordable in comparison to the other hotels on Route 28. The location itself is really convenient, too!

My biggest problem with this property is that when I checked in I was told that orbitz didn’t collect the $, when I knew that they did and they charged me $150. I told them twice that I definitely paid and they said I was mistaken. Went upstairs after checking in & looked at my credit card statement and I was absolutely charged. I go back down and show them and they voided it out but never apologized. If I hadn’t caught it I’d just be charged a whole extra stay I guess. The room itself was average. 2 double beds. Really odd placement of tv in front of the mirror? Fridge but no microwave. Balcony was open when we got in our room. Rooms are dated but mostly clean. There’s an indoor and outdoor pool. We used the outdoor. It was nice. They have an eating area that looks like it was used for breakfast at one point but no longer offer it. Parking is easy and free. All in all it was an average hotel, just make sure you check if you’ve paid beforehand so they don’t overcharge you.

Good location. No elevator. Breakfast only includes coffee.

Very nice stay. The staff was responsive and polite. Great area very close to shops and restaurants. A must see is Seagull beach. We would return to this spot.

The place is very run down with many very noisy people. The carpet in our room was wet. The tile floor in the bathroom was cracked. There was no cold water in the bathroom sink. The shower nozzle was broken. The soap dispenser in the shower was broken. The bathroom mirror had children stickers on it. No microwave. The furniture was damaged and looked like it would fall over.

Reasonable place, but a little run down. Needed to move the fridge to a working plug. Lamps next to bed didn’t work, ice machine not working, but overall a convenient big place with a great pool.

Reasonable price for what you get. A little musty, but good location to everything in the area.

Was good for the price and location. The staff was very nice, and check in and out was easy. The only thing is our room was very damp feeling and musky smelling. After airing it out after a couple days it was fine.

The front desk staff was nice. The property is run down. You get what you pay for. Our AC button was broke so it was freezing in the room.

This was our 3rd time choosing Yarmouth Resort and will be choosing it again next year if all goes well. Each time,we visit, we are greeted with friendly smiles, clean walkways, rooms and pool areas. This hotel is centrally located near family friendly activities, restaurants and even a beach!! What more could you ask for? Did i mention its also budget friendly :-)

It was ok, but not geat. Toilet was loose but other than that everything was fine

clean and staff was wonderful. Stay was too short.
