We had reservations for the weekend after the flesh eating bacteria was contracted from the waters at Seacrest. We had to cancel due to my daughter having an open wound after having surgery. This was one week away from our reservation. Seacrest declined to change our dates or offer anything for a refund. We will not be booking here again. This is very disappointing after being repeat patrons at this resort

loved the hotel. the beach was amazing. However I wished the restaurant had more variety. Your hotel needs to enforce the no smoking rule- we have small kids and were unable to enjoy the deck because other guests were smoking. Unfortunate that i paid for a certain room and couldn't enjoy the view.

Our room was a small room overlooking the roof and heating vents. It was in the main building on the second floor. There is no elevator. The stairs were narrow and steep, so if you have mobility issues, you would not want to stay on the second floor. Our first day, we went to get towels for the beach and were told they ran out and to check back in an hour. I went back in about 45 minutes and they had already ran out again. I asked the young attendants if they could set aside towels for me and put my room number on it. They smirked and said they were leaving soon. I went back a third time and they ran out again! A nice young woman asked if I minded white towels. I replied it didn't matter, so she went and found me 2 white towels. I would have brought my own beach towels, however, the website stated beach towels were provided. They should have enough beach towels for their guests. After that, I got our towels the night before so I wouldn't have to be chasing after towels. The beach was nice but very crowded our first day. Lounge chairs were stacked very close. Our third day, housekeeping forgot to make up our room, even though I had the tag on my door indicating to please make up my room. I was at this hotel about 35 years ago and I remember it to be lovely. I don't think it lives up to its reputation anymore. We did not eat at the onsite restaurants other than the coffee shop. I thought it was expensive for coffee and pastry, although it was convenient.

This property advertises itself as a resort when in fact it is an ocean side motel. There are no amenities worth reviewing. The rooms felt run down and dirty even after room service completed their daily rounds. The pool area is small, the pool itself was dirty and the patio surrounding the outdoor area left much to be desired. The only positive review would be the private beach. You must arrive early in the morning to save your beach chairs and the attendants would provide you with umbrellas. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property, and the rooms in particular, need refreshing and upgrading. This is essentially a tired old motel where they are asking $700 per room. Crazy but one of the only places to stay near a wedding we were attending.

We have been at the resort many times in the past 10 years. Last time there was 2023. This time the place was dirty, especially outside. Papers not picked up, landscaping missing mulch, looks like nothing swept. Deck full of sand. Also very little help. In the past staff handed out towels. This time dirty and clean towels in garbage bins!!! Disgusting. We brought friends there to impress them and were very disappointed. Missed seeing our favorite bartenders, Anne and Norman. The place has lost its appeal even though it has been remodeled, Service is everything in hospitality industry and I would give it a 4 out of 10. If you charge premium prices you should offer premium service. I miss the old Seacrest. Missed the old Seacrest. If

Lackluster stay in the Cape

Our stay was ok. Our room was decent overall but the bathroom was not clean along with the other bathrooms on the facility. When we checked in, we were given the wrong room, we had our daughters with us and the room we were given was only a single room. They “upgraded” our room at no cost. The room was bigger but only had one bed. Good thing we had a blow up mattress. The floors were not clean either. There were a few restaurants on site and the food was decent but extremely expensive. The indoor and outdoor pools were good and so was the beach. They also had an arcade which was fun for the kids. The pools, beach and arcade were the only redeeming parts of the stay. The hospitality was lacking and there were two weddings both nights we stayed which made for tons of people everywhere. We booked the hotel for 3 nights and on the second night, the hotel told us we should have checked out already, because they only received the hotel reservation for two nights from hotels.com. That was not the case, we booked for 3 nights and paid for the 3 nights. We were told the hotel was sold out and they needed to “convince” another couple to stay in a cottage onsite instead, making us feel like a burden and that we were inconveniencing them for wanting to stay the full amount of time we booked. They ended up saying”you can stay, we won’t make you leave”. Overall the stay was just ok, the website was deceiving and the room options were not as pictured or described online.

Great place to stay- lots of Amenities!! Front desk staff 100/10. They were fantastic! Got an upgrade to an Ocean Access Room ( not what it’s called but close enough lol) Great time! Will be back

We recently stayed at the [Hotel Name] and had an excellent experience—especially as a family with a toddler. The biggest selling point for us was the location: the hotel is just a short, a clean, calm beach, which made it incredibly easy to pop back and forth throughout the day for naps, snacks, or diaper changes. No long drives or stairs to worry about, which was a game changer with a little one. One thing we especially appreciated was the quiet atmosphere—even though the hotel is close to everything, it wasn't noisy at night, which meant better sleep for all of us. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. There was also a grocery store and pharmacy nearby, which came in handy for snacks and meals. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel for families traveling with toddlers. It’s convenient, clean, and thoughtfully equipped for young children, making for a low-stress beach vacation
