The manager was super nice. I had to leave early because I didn’t feel well and he credited me the second night. The hotel could use and overhaul. It’s old and kind of decrepit.

Shabby older facility, poorly lit. No room service unless you stay 3 nights or longer. Work out room has a couple of ellipticals, but nothing else. Game room is kind of a joke.

Staff were more than helpful. Especially Deepa. The hotel is in horrible shape. The grounds are totally lacking any work. Weeds Everywhere! We had to change rooms because a toilet leaked everywhere & could not be repaired. I got the feeling this happens a lot. This hotel should not be open. Not until it is refurbished. I know they are working on it but the place smells, the pool is awful. Dead plantings, dry leaves everywhere.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at so yourself a favor stay away your lucky to have a tv and a bed in the room be carful they emptied my room mid stay because they decided to check me out news to me and he. All of my stuff was taken from my room

There was a wild music conference, but we were put in a part of the hotel that was quiet. We felt nervous when we arrived. The room smelled musty, but appeared clean. The couch was very old and needed replacement. Staff was accomodating.

The website lies! The place is filthy in the rooms. No housekeeping my entire 3 day stay. Filthy toilet, water leaks, ceiling leaks, JUMPING SPIDERS in the bed in my face & on curtains, no lock to balcony, no restaurant, no breakfast as advertised, parties all over with half naked people till wee hours in the morning smoking weed, pool disgusting!! Was told I would get my stay refunded at checkout and then they only would do 1 day

We stayed one night. The inside of the property is amazing. Not sure I have seen anything like that before. When you are in the upper level your balcony is overlooking the hall. That has a great venue place, pool and there was a DJ there the night we stayed so it was super fun sitting on the balcony listening to his sipping cocktails. Kids said pool was cold and the hot tub is removed. There is a small arcade with a couple of old games. The lake has a beach with sand but there is a lot of geese poop. A few very hip restaurants nearby and ice cream places. I would say this place has potential. The lady at the front desk told me they are renovating it but by bit. So give it some time and I thins place can be a great destination. Seems like the

The hallway had old dirty microwaves and mini fridges parked outside of rooms. The room smelled like old stale funk. Mattresses n Box spring felt lumpy and box spring dingy holes. Lobby was neat and interesting. But perhaps some other wings had updated rooms. I got a hot rate of $100. But thought it would be a bit better than finding hairs on bedspread. We didn’t shower got up and left asap.

This place should be condemned. Very outdated with a serious mold issue. Lots of broken stuff. Was very disappointed as I chose this place to stay for my son’s wedding. Would never recommend to my worst enemy and would never book here again if it were the last place standing.
