the staff at the front desk , should be friendly and nice to the customer , the lady look very mean and rude, look like does not want to give service to us .
The young lady at check-in was very nice and personable. The older lady working the night shift acted as though she couldn't be bothered. This hotel has a ton of potential to be really nice. It sits on a beautiful piece of property. The bed was pretty uncomfortable and noisy every time you moved on it, with very thin pillows.
Elevator Broken.... Ran Out Of Eggs @7:30 am Saturday Morning @ Breakfast Buffet still charged full price $8.00...A/C Not working.. ETC.....
Major leaks during rainstorm in lobby and even in room next to ours. Dirty walls, floor, ceiling. Supposedly the whole hotel is non-smoking now but our room smelled very badly like smoke. Cigarette burns in carpet and curtains. Hotel needs renovation. One housekeeping visit over 7 nights.
Not great, but ok. Had mini putt on the premise which my kids enjoyed. Lots of potential. The A/C was insufficient for late July.
I wish my stay was longer but unfortunately hot in late snd left early. Next time
Badly in need of updates, aged carpets, advertised that room had fridge and microwave - but there wasnt either. No working elevator
Pool heater was broken, rooms are dated and smell. Conference center was good for our intended purpose.
The entire complex is run down. Pictures on Orbitz were not what I found. Bathroom toilet was circled with urine stains. Wallpaper has to be 30 years old. It was once a grand location. Insects kept me company in my bedroom. Wall in bedroom was dirty; when I reported it to front desk, I knew from the response it would remain unaddressed. Sad! Place is almost a 'tear down'
Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Older property, needs a little TLC but has the indoor pool and allows dogs. We will return.
This is a classic from days past and it looks it. Water dripping from exposed pipes in the hallway ceiling. Bad musty odor in our room. Just walked out, found another hotel from fear of legionnaires disease.
Was told "the only working ice machine is located...". Not words any guest wants to hear. Ever.
