The best thing about this property was the management, they went above and beyond to insure that we had a parking spot near our room, an extra chair and assistance with the air conditioner/heater. Beyond that we wouldn’t consider staying at this hotel again. The first impression was the sloppy paint job on the doors then the dingy looking coverlet, thin towels, bad fitting toilet seat that slipped when you sat, outlets so loose that plugs fell right out as well the lingering smell of smoke in a non smoking room. These things may not matter to everyone but we mention them because we would have gone elsewhere if we had been told what to expect.

When we first arrived, we needed to be put in another room because our original room had a terrible smell to it. The staff was accommodating for this, however, kept trying to make excuses for what the smell in the room was. I later realized that they heat with natural gas and I am concerned that is what I was smelling in the original room. The next room they moved us into smelled better however it was terribly kept up. All the linens were dingy, molding in the bathroom, looked rotted at the bottom, the furniture was in terrible shape, very springy mattress. The check-in area was extremely messy and cluttered with random items. I would never stay here again.
