Clean room. Wonderful place. They take the worry out of everything

I liked the people running the place, liked the room, liked the food at the restaurant, and I liked the price of the room.

We were in the original building with many stairs, but well worth that inconvenience. our room #14 was fantastic. The staff is probably the best we have ever encountered at any hotel new or historic.

Initially there was a bad odor in the room. they only provided 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner each day for 3 people.

The pool closes before it’s even dark out n the summer months. The mosquitos came in thru a rip in the screen on the sliding door before we noticed it. But the ambience was country and the staff kind. We really wanted to swim but couldn’t. That was truly disappointing

Historic! Favorite by locals for old fashion dining.

Liked main historical building and facilities layout Did no like specific room orientation facing the nearby highway

Always a comfortable stay and a "historic" feel about the place!

There was a problem getting served the food. The place was nice.

Loved the hotel... the only complaint is that there were 2 weddings on Friday and 2 more on Saturday so it’s loud I to the night (11:00pm) and we stayed in room 5 so we could hear the outside one all night.

Nice location. The free breakfast is Ok, however the breakfast for the restaurant is excellent (you have to pay extra). I love the bakery. Nice room and very quiet place.

Great value close to Old Sturbridge Village. The bakery shop is excellent. The food in the main restaurant and Pub is outstanding.

Not a luxury hotel, but very comfortable and clean. It’s a good value.

Old, but quaint facility. Really enjoyed the dining room and tavern. Great atmosphere. Definitely visit their bake shop. All staff were super to deal with.

Restful. Good food at the hotel restaurant. Easy parking.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly for the most part. I was disappointed that none of the rooms evidently have a refrigerator or microwave and the ice was a building away. I haven't stayed anywhere in the past 20 years where these items were not furnished. There is not enough parking for the number of units in each building, making it difficult to get close to your room, back up to get out of the lot, etc. No handicapped parking was available in front of the bakery and we had to park in the third or fourth row every time we visited that area. You can't get from the bakery or Tavern level without walking up several fights of stairs or driving around the block to have access to the front of the building. The pool area is lovely, but there is no sign to tell you how to open the gate and I felt like an idiot when someone finally showed me how. The ramp is handicap accessible but steep if you have poor hand control of a wheelchair or cane. The bakery items were great, but by the third day, we were ready for less sweets. A little fruit or something without sugar would have been nice. We did eat in the Tavern for lunch once, but the noise level was terrible.

Ideal para descansar y garantizar un lugar para estar muy tranquilo.
