Staff at the Publick House were all very kind and helpful- they made us feel so welcome. The rooms were great- we loved staying in a place with such great history, and also very clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying at the inn and will be back again.

We were in the motor lodge section which is away from the main inn. The room was spacious and spotless but the decor was mishmash with no color scheme. Highway noise but nice balcony. The inn itself is just lovely with all the staff friendly and helpful. Loved the historic look and feel.

Property was a historic hotel. Main building was charming with hotel rooms, restaurant, bake shop, patios, gazebo, event venues. There were also motor lodge buildings that we’re very old and in need of renovation. This is where my room was.

Check in was smooth and easy - seems to be an older property - but in a really good way! BIG room for a really good price; the room we were in was a building far from the main property (not ideal in the rain) but it meant couldn't hear noise from restaurant or people coming and going. Nice fluffy towels - would stay here again if i the area
