When booking the picture showed and listed the Deluxe Room with 2 beds and a pull out sofa. The room we were put in was nothing more than a regular hotel/motel room very small. When I went to cancel the last two nights we were ungraded to the Deluxe. That room was on the 2nd floor with no elevator, husband disabled (they were told), bags of dirty laundry and trash were left in the hallways for several hours during the day. Halls not a/c, room key kept failing making me go up and down stairs to have replaced (others also had this experience). We left a day early. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

This hotel is very old. The mattresses are very old. There were no mattress coverings just a bottom sheet that didn’t stay on. The pool was nice and the golf course was nice to look at. Pay extra to go elsewhere. I’m pretty sure we were bitten by bed bugs.

Loved the View. We had a room with a golf view. Great location, really close to beaches, lakes, etc Pillows not comfortable at all. Pools could use some updating, pool chairs really worn out. Carpeting could use a good steam cleaning. Lots of spots on the carpeting as you walk up/down the hallways.

because of its amenities, lounges, restaurants, golf course etc., it was so different and better than staying on a cape motel on route 28.

The room was okay for the price I payed for. Could have had a large refrigerator, beds were comfortable. They provide toiletries everyday.

It wasn’t busy and ourvroom was the furthest from the lobby. No assistance with our luggage and no elevator to the room. We had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs.

The food was surprisingly good. I had a good salad with pecan chicken and my husband had a really good steak. I also had a BLT which was very good, and the gnocci was good as well. Unfortunately, we had to request a new room as soon as we got to the first one because of a stained bedspread, phone didn't work, and a slider to parking lot did not seem safe. Next room was okay. Didn't like the hair on the wall in the shower... Whenever housekeeping was working on rooms, the hallways were cluttered with carts, trash (in bags) and dirty laundry.

This is an old property. It smelled moldy and we asked the staff to get a new room. They were very supportive and helped us to get a room that smelled less moldy (it was the third room we tried). We have stayed in this hotel several times over the last 20 years and it is sad to watch its decline. The one bright spot is the staff: very competent, friendly and helpful. Advise to the owner: renovate and modernize.

The rooms in this hotel smell strongly of must and mildew. The condition of the resort is worn. Terrible experience. Stay out.

Centrally located. Beautiful views. Very helpful, friendly staff. Clean rooms.

I've stayed here before, so I knew what I was getting when I made the reservation. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. The tub was so filthy that my kids refused to use it. The floors looked like they hadn't been swept (they are not carpeted). They were very dirty. The kids screaming up and down the halls at night, as well as outside our patio made the evenings miserable. Somebody was blasting a radio outside at 11PM. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the pool area was good. Plenty of parking as well. Good value for what we spent and I would stay there again. I'd bring a broom and bathroom cleaner though.

Looks like they haven't done any remodeling in about 20yrs... Could be a gem of a property with a little tlc

Booked a room next to ours whenn the whole 230 rooms had only 10 people max - group woke us up at 1:00AM

The hotel amenities were very nice. Hot tub was hot and clean, pool was large and warm. And even a small arcade. However, upon arrival the hotel had received no notice from Orbitz that we had a reservation. After about 45 of trying to reach orbitz the the manager gave us a room and said we could sort it out in the morning. This delay cut into our New Year’s Eve plans with a further delay in the morning trying to check out. I hope that in the future Orbitz will find a more efficient way to communicate with this hotel. In addition the hotel did not have any food services during our stay. The small coffee shop and restaurant were both closed for “holiday hours”. Would have been nice to know ahead of time.

All guest room hallways are accessible only by taking stairs. The outer doors from the parking lot

Main area and room were clean but stairways were filthy.
