Missing toilet paper in room. Room was musty and noise from the pool area and neighboring room was terrible. Not a pleasant or comfortable stay whatsoever. Will never return.

The room was clean and affordable. However, there wasn’t daily housekeeping services. When asked for additional facecloths for the room, none were available so additional hand towels were provided instead.

Staff was helpful and the bed was fairly comfortable. The towels and sheets smelled strongly of chlorine so we knew they were clean. The room itself wasn't very clean and was in disrepair. I had to wipe down bathroom cabinets and the tv stand and there was dust and crud in the corners of the tub and rooms. This was not the best place I've seen, but it wasn't the worst either.

Stay was below average was given one room that we unpacked in and began a cleanliness check per usual we checked the bed for bugs as a routine being a frequent hotel traveler it was clean was happy left the bed unmade and went to grab dinner and drinks returned about 2 hours later to blood drops all over the unmade bed.. asked the desk if the room was entered by staff from the hotel and was told no and to gather my things and go to the front desk to switch rooms. At the front desk I was told they have cameras but cannot check them to see if someone entered my room? Was changed to a room 6 doors down from the original room that had no hotel phone in the room and a leaking shower head and was never told anything about the original incident after I was told management would be notified would not recommend next time will spend an extra 40 per night

It was ok, we were put in a room that was really looked so depressing. Carpet was seriouly stained and very unattractive. We did let them know this at the front desk and requested a move. They were very kind to do so.

This appeared on the surface to be a great place to land for the night. There was no microwave in the room, which I was hoping for to heat up my dinner and had to go to the lobby to do this. I was not able to sleep and there were men partying on my floor near my room. I had to call front desk 3 times in the middle of the night as the men were not obeying quiet rules as the hotel advertised. With barely any sleep, tried to make coffee in room and only decaf. Thought I was being punked. Then only a warm shower. I would like my money back and will never stay at En Vision Hotel again.
