The hotel was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. My husband and I stayed for one night only and we were very disappointed that we paid over $200 for a room; without a breakfast or pool/spa. It was my fault for not looking to check the they are under construction, but it would have been nice to be notified of that upon booking.

The property was fine. When we arrived, we found that the room reserved had been canceled by Orbitz and the manager had to find us another room. We then had to pay for the room all over again. Orbitz owes me the cost of the room which we prepaid to Orbitz on our credit card.

Nice place to stay for Gillette events. Nice room and fairly priced

No coffee. No hair dryer.

The room would get very hot before the ac unit would turn on. Then it wails get very cold. This happened through the entire night. Also the carpets need to be replaced. They were matted down and seemed to be damp.

This hotel was an old Courtyard by Marriott. Since the change over nothing has been done to the property. The lady at check in was miserable. Not friendly at all. The rest of the staff were friendly enough. The only coffee available for free is in your room. Otherwise you have to pay for it and it is not available 24/7. The pool area has been drained so that is not available.

Stayed at a different Sonesta a few weeks ago, this one was well kept , but again training at desk , wasnt greeted professionally , Hi my name is so & so welcome to The Sonesta , your name please , should be everytime . Took over 20 min . And im upset becuase i told rep who needed help from another rep to charge by debit card only for room as i chose to pay when i arrived through Orbitz , I clearly said do not add the $100 dollar security on my debit card avd I want to use my other credit card and the $25 a night for pet . I look at my bank statement from debit card and was pissed off that they put the $100 with the room cost avd told them 3 times not too. Which decreased my available balance. Training should not be done at front desk and behind the scenes mock training , then reps can concentrate on making a guest feel welcomed. The rep had to call a manager on the phone to get through adding the security . I would stay again , but this needs to be straighten out.

The hotel was inexpensive, very clean, and the staff were very friendly. We will definitely be staying there again!

Beautiful lobby and friendly staff made the last minute stay worth it

I stayed here for three days during the Blizzard of 2018. The staff went above and beyond to take care of their guests. All of the restaurants and stores in the Foxboro/Mansfield area were closed because of 2 feet of snow and white out conditions. The restaurant food was good and the employees patient with frustrated customers. The pool and hot tub were a great diversion. Lots of nice clean towels. Marriott should be proud of their employees. I would stay here anytime and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Relatively close to Boston but car is necessary. However it is bonus to have as you need to drive either to train or to have food not in one place all the time.

Convenient for show night. Decent bar/restaurant just across the parking lot. Friendly staff. Just what you'd expect from the brand.

All was right in a hotel stay, fast check-in, rooms were clean and quiet, the gym was small but adequate and I didn't use the hot tub but there were others enjoying.

We stayed at this hotel over a major holiday. Even though it was a holiday there was plenty of staff. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was large, clean and new. My family will stay at this hotel again in the future.
