There was no tv the whole time it was broke and the wifi.

I've wanted to stay here for years and finally got my chance last week. Every nook and cranny is fulled with unique antigues or pieces of art and there is always more to see! my room was large, very comfortable and unique. I highly recommend this hotel. Staff was incredibly helful. In the heart of Stockbridge (IS the heart of Stockbridge).
Enjoy the historical artifacts of this delightful treasure of a hotel. The dining room had outstanding menu options. They could’ve used an additional waiter in the dining rooms.

I love the jacuzzi and pool outside. I love the fireplace and all the beautiful rooms you go in and just sit and read or play a game. I love the intertainment, when someone plays the piano all night. And especially i love that its dog friendly.
Paid for an upgraded room. Got a cramped room at the end of the hall. Wi-fi cut in and out. Room HVAC didn’t work. Room too hot to sleep in. There are much better inn options in nearby Lenox.
The hot tub and pool
I have going to the Red Lion Inn for years. It still has the best front porch anywhere in the US. The service is excellent and the staff can’t be kinder. It is a training site for hospitality employees and they are terrific (Irene from Florida). It is good to know that gracious hospitality will continue!

The ambiance of theRed Lion Inn is wonderful. The dining room and the porch are so lovely and relaxing. The staff is excellent....but the room was VERY worn. There were two torn and stained upholstered chairs.... And the furniture was old and damaged. More attention may be needed to the rooms.
