All good except due to corona i had a maid come only 1 time during the 7 day stay.

Room door would not lock properly. Told staff the first day, but they didn’t correct it for the second day of my stay.

Very polite, helpful staff. Room was clean and looked nice. It's hard to judge a whole lot because of the pandemic. That is, the restaurant was closed, housekeeping was by request, etc. Overall a fine experience. I'm going to book another stay right now.

Large property set back from the road ensures peace and quiet, yet easy access to I495. Walking distance to several quality restaurants.

It was ok. A little noisy. And upon check in the lady at the counter said, "No running naked or loud noises after 10pm". Hmm...so it's a free for all before? Great.

We needed a place to stay after a wedding. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

This was a nice place to stay on business travel. Staff was excellent.

I only needed to stay 1 night at the hotel, but was very pleased with it. The front desk were very professional, friendly and helpful. My room was ready when I arrived and was very clean, which is number 1 on my list for traveling.

My husband and I stayed Saturday July 26 after attending the Lowell Folk Festival. We appreciated the hotel supporting the festival by posting something at the check-in desk. The staff is very attentive. My husband is disabled, so we asked for a handicap access room; the bathroom was safe and it had a shower bench. I liked the human scale of the building and its warm brick façade. One amenity that I really liked was the pitcher of ice water with fruit slices in it, placed on a table in the lobby. A great thirst quencher on a hot summer day and it was great for my husband to gulp down his medication. There was a small pullout table under the desk in the room that came in handy as a buffet table when we had visitors who brought takeout. NOTE: This hotel has a nearby Chili's do their room service, and we could have used that, too -- I think it's a great partnership idea. One more thing.. the beds are incredibly comfortable. Most hotel beds are like sleeping on wood -- this one was soft and enveloping without being mushy, and did I ever need it after wheeling my husband around Lowell all day! The view out the window was soothing -- lots of trees and garden. We would definitely go back. The only reasons I didn't rate amenities and location as perfect was that the hotel wasn't closer to the festival (not its fault!). The other thing: despite the handicapped access push plates that automatically open the doors, it was still a bit of a struggle to get a wheelchair user through the doors who can't self-propel. We find this to be true in lots of other venues so it's not that big a deal for this hotel.

The exterior of the building is charming.. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel staff put me off a little bit..but overall a decent one night stay

Easy to find & professional but friendly staff! Beautiful interior, cleanliness A1!

Christmas Eve was very quiet, no more than 10 cars in the parking lot. Room was perfect, every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful.

I was very pleased. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful. I stayed there april 19-21 2013,there was a girl named diedra working the front desk over night and she was just great. She was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. I will definetly stay at this hotel again.

great staff and very clean! bed was so comfortable.

My family and I stayed the weekend for my daughters dance competition. We arrived on friday and stayed until sunday. Saturday night after spending the day at the competition and grabbing a late dinner we arrived back at the hotel to discover that the third floor had been taken over by a very rowdy bunch of young boys. After several guests complained to the front desk about the noise the boys we spoken to. The noise decreased but never stopped completely. By five o'clock sunday morning the noise became unbearable and the front desk was called again. The hotel staff was not very comforting or apologetic. Also an alarm from one of the rooms was going off until an employee came to shut it off. We never recieved an apology or any compensation from the staff or hotel. I would never stay here again!

The front desk staff was professional and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The two things that would have made it perfect would have been an indoor pool and a 24 hour coffee station.

The rooms were nice. Mine was on the 3rd floor and was apparently next to the main electrical closet or something because there was a significant amount of A/C or other noise. Also, the floors creaked mightily. Other than that the rooms were well appointed and very clean. The only other item worth noting is that the breakfast area downstairs is NOT free. Just having a bagel cost a buck and if you wanted a waffle or something from the self service area, it was around $7-10. I had thought that would be complimentary, but as I don't travel all that often, I wouldn't know if that is no longer the norm.

Was dissapointed in the reception to my reservation. Said it was for a single room and would not even let us upgrade or pay a difference to get a room wtih two beds, since it was made through a third party..
