The heating system no was working in the room in 2 degrees temperature that day, was freezing! No options of course, the hotel was full according to the guy in the check in. No change, no refund and now I have a cold and neuralgia, it's truly miserable.

The hotel is under new ownership and changes are underway. The room was clean upon arrival but the couch in the room had a big tear in a side seam and the foam rubber was sticking out. The refrigerator needed to be defrosted desperately. I never saw housekeeping my entire three day stay and had to request fresh towels daily.

Room was clean, BUT I was located in the rear of hotel, noise til midnight...doors slamming, people yelling, 2 females fighting in hallway, screaming on cell phones @ 3am, mother yelling at her child at 4am..male and female arguing in next room to the point where I heard the entire conversation.. food smells from guest cooking in their room to a point where it permeated into my room..
