We booked a suite, it was suppose to be 2 queen size beds in one room and a single in the other. This site does not offer that so just be careful as orbitz falsely advertises that. The hotel smells like weed as soon as you leave the front desk area. Smoking right at the doors that you have to walk by to get in to the next area. Halls smell of it. However, with that being said, staff at check in was very accommodating and very nice. Very very good people skills. Hotel was clean for the most part. Room besides false advertisement and having to figure out sleeping arrangements it was good.

The room was great, comfortable and clean. Staff was great, nice and friendly. Great place.

The fireplace and the studio like room with a full size fridge and dishwasher

The room was spacious. Beds were like sleeping on slabs of rock though. Everything else was great.

Nice property in the back of an office park. The office park has a lot of big name companies in it, so this hotel should be well kept so that the big names around them will recommend staying close by. It's a little odd getting around, with the office being in a separate building from the rooms.

The property needs to be updated and remodeled. It was old and outdated inside the units.

When we arrived the reception told us to use the side entrance as it’s closer to the room. They didn’t tell us that there are only stairs so we had to carry all our stuff up to the second floor. There was not even a sign where to find the elevator (which is located behind the reception in the main building) Otherwise the hotel is fine.

Large family suite, clean and well equipped. All we needed!

All quite adequate and professional. Cleanliness throughout properly. Excellent breakfast and breakfast room facilities.

We had requested a wake-up call which we never received,it kind of put us in a jam to catch our flight. Also,it appeared as per the print-out receipt the room was charged to another credit card& possibly another Michael Sokolowski thru expedia.

the staff up front was very helpful at all times and the room was great. the weeknight shindig was good idea!

Our stay was incredible! Room was clean and much nicer than expected!! Thank you

Business stay, a bit in the middle of now where if you don't have a car (I didn't) but there's a great running route from the hotel along the river nearby.

We were here for hockey. The room was a bit dated, but clean. The staff was VERY friendly. Beds were comfortable and with 2 teenage boys having a full kitchen helps when they eat every 2 hours. Breakfast is included and has a wide range of foods. Only down side is that it was a little hike in the winter to bring the bags to the rooms. We have stayed at other Residence Inns and parking has been a bit more convienent. Overall I would stay again.

Couldn't get wireless internet in my room at the Residence Inn Andover, and the lan line in my room didn't work. Also, the breakfast buffet had fewer options than the Residence Inn I stayed in 40 miles away in Westford, MA.

We regret the error by Orbitz and will follow up with them to have it corrected. The staff continues to have guests not smoke at entrance and that the actions of fellow guests had a negative impact on your stay.
