The hot water was not working well. My room had a large cobweb in the corner. Half of the exercise machines were not working which is a huge issue for those of us who work out regularly

This property was ok for a 3 star hotel. I think the room floors could be cleaned better. The chair in the far corner, why? Place it in the corner as you come into the room. Toilet seat was fastened incorrectly and there was no bat mat for the tub/shower. Things that weren't exceptional, no pillow top bed :-( The pool was dirty, cloudy, cold and only open until 9 PM! Can your hotel offer miniature golf or basketball courts?

A pleasant stay

Our stay was fine, The desk staff was awesome, and the food service staff was as well. The room was clean. The bathroom is showing signs of age, and could use some touching up. We have stayed at this hotel in the past, and will again, I'm sure.

It was a very bad experience due to the fact that I had 35 bed bug bites all over my body. They changed me the next day to a different room and I also had six more bites. The third night they changed to another room and that was the only night that I didn’t get any bite. They gave me 311 dollars back out of 491 dollars that I paid for the three nights.
