Hotel did not have power for several hours. Unable to check in until 2 am. Expedia help chat line unable to help me find alternate hotel because the app is incapable of accepting the date after 12 midnight. Had reservation for 8/20, but after midnight unable to find alternate hotel beacuse after midnight it was 8/21. However 8/20 was for the night i needed a bed, while 8/21 was the following night.

The hotel is located right next to a Chili’s and a Dunkin which was super convenient for us early in the morning and late at night. The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. We will definitely be staying here again.

Hope for better in the future

Room had a bad smell and washroom was not clean. We stayed at this hotel in the past and were satisfied. Not sure what happened during this stay but are room looked run down, smelly and not well maintained.

When we arrived, our room’s fridge had leaked everywhere. The internet was out for over 24 hours, and I had work meetings. The toilet didn’t flush properly. The back door entrance was not working so it was very inconvenient to walk my elderly dog. The lock on the fitness room was not working, so someone had to let me in and both of the treadmills were out of service. When I was taking a shower, I found that the cleaning staff had not refilled the shower gel, which was empty. I believe we should be compensated for all of these inconveniences, and I will be contacting customer support.

The staff were super nice but the mini fridge in my room was broken and froze everything and the pool was very dirty. The lady at the desk said they werent suppose to have it open and they did. Was upset cause i specifically looked for a hotel with a pool for my kids and drove from Canada.
