For 2 of the 3 days there were no pancakes, waffles, or French Toast, nor cooked oatmeal (just packets). The yogurt/granola was good though the yogurt ran out and it took a few minutes to replace. The bagels could be better quality/taste. Also mixing up the pastries and available fruit.

Asked for a quiet room with 2 beds away from the elevator. Called to confirm. First checked in to a room with one bed right in front of the elevator. Went down to say that was unexceptable. Then given a room with one bed away from the elevator. There was NO remote for the tv in either room. A towel bar was broken off the wall in the bathroom. The blackout shade was broken. And the nice young man who came to make up the pull out couch said it was his first time. Shortly after we saw him doing the trash outside. This place is terrible. I would never come back.

Breakfast choice of food was great but scrambled eggs were luke warm. Room had visible water damage in bathroom, deep scratches in floor near sofa. During our stay new water damage on ceiling appeared. This was reported to staff who simply apologized for the inconvenice, would expect more from Marriott. Design of thd room left no reasonable space to open twosuitcases. This was a studio with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa.

Disappointing Stay- In Need of Management and Maintenance Improvements. This hotel has potential but needs major improvements in management, maintenance, and staff training. Staff often use the café like guests, getting coffee and food while paying guests wait in line, chatting among themselves without urgency. Housekeeping staff are also very loud in the corridors early in the morning, which is disruptive for guests still sleeping. They were my wake up call every morning. No alarm clock needed! Rooms are only cleaned every other day, leaving guests to wash their own dishes, and there are visible maintenance issues such as peeling bathroom ceilings and a loose sink faucet. Towels are left in hallways overnight before being picked up. As a travel advisor, I found this stay far below the standards expected from a Marriott-affiliated property. Marriott Bonvoy should review which hotels qualify under its brand to ensure consistent quality and guest experience.
