Great hotel, welcoming staff, clean and bright. This is a lovely place to stay in Lexington. I will definitely return someday!

Everything is made with respect to nature, with intent to save energy, to recycle without compromising comfort, convenience and overall great atmosphere of hospitality

oversold and moved me to a worse hotel. when checking out of the other hotel, they said i should of been comped the room but no word.

Overall a pleasant experience. They had a little difficulty looking up my membership. I am also more used to the small bottles of toiletries than the big dispenser. But they did heed my request for a disabled room that is close to the elevator and ended up upgrading me to a suite.

Easy on off the highway. Not far from Alewife T stop.friendly staff breakfast average.

Great hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants a quality room to stay in. The rooms are furnished with a full size refrigerator, cook top, microwave, dishwasher, sink, dishes, silverware and glasses. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. There is a couch and in my case two queen size beds. Flat screen TV and a desk. The rooms have a safe and plenty of storage. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They seem very interested you having a quality stay with them. The breakfasts are very nice. There are hot and cold food options and a chef that will cook some pre-planned options for you as well. The lobby is nice, with a lot of seating. There is a pool and workout room as well. As far as location, the hotel is righ next to the Minuteman National park and a short drive to Concord if interested in seeing any historical sites. If going to downtown Boston, it is only about 8 miles north the Alewife T station. There is a large parking garage there, so parking is easy. I do not have any complaints. I had a great experience there and the location was good.

Neil at the front desk tells us all deluxe rooms are attached. If true, be forewarned. Deluxe rooms do not have a full kitchenette, no stove top or dishwasher. Lounging chair should not be placed next to the heat/cool vent. Bathroom size is big, rainfall shower head only one setting not enough pressure to get fully clean and unfortunately bathroom door does not fully close and lock. Deluxe room is smaller, dustier and not swept well. Sheets and fluffy duvet cover are white but Element does not do a good job of getting stains out a lot of brown residue stains. Did not want to sleep with them, called front desk for a so spare blanket, they delivered a thin fleece throw instead. Fridge not cleaned well, weird how there was hair in it. Staff were loud throughout whole stay the room is not well insulated to keep enough sound out. If given a room next to elevator I suggest asking for another room further away, a lot of traffic during the breakfast rush. Breakfast was good, I feel bad for the ONE guy working the grill station, so much demand and he handles it well. Everything other than that guy who works the grill and pan station, everything else about breakfast was average. Did not take ANY photos because, I was really disappointed with my decision to stay at the Element. There are better options to TRY. Again like my title says, I wish I tried the A Loft across the parking lot instead, yes it's literally across the parking lot. If I had to rate Element, it's barely 2 out of 5.

We only stayed one night and did not get to use most of the amenities like the pool and the weight/exercise room. Grounds and interior were quite beautiful. Very convenient to Lexington, the Battle Green, the Battle Road and other historical sites. The breakfast was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. AC vent tends to blow strongly on one side, but the comforter was nice and thick. Quite a bit of light gets through the sides of the window shades even when it is down. If you are sensitive to light when sleeping, bring a sleep mask.

We cooked meals in room a few times. Hotel is close to downtown Boston.

Very modern, clean. Breakfast included, full fridge, stove. Great value

This is my preferred hotel when working in Waltham. Staff are great! It was a little strange when I first turned on the faucet and dirt came out, but I love that this hotel doesn't smell like chemicals the way Hilton Garden does or like a nasty burger grill with old moist meat sizzling 24hrs/day like Embassy Suites on Winter street.

We stay at the Element when we visit our daughter in Lexington. It's fine for a short stay and they give you a nice breakfast. But we had some problems this time when we came over Thanksgiving. My husband is disabled and at check-in we asked for a room that wouldn't require a lot of walking to get to. The front desk guy gave us the furthest room down the hall on the first floor! That was unacceptable so I asked for a different room and he gave us a room on the 4th floor more than half way down the hall. We were resigned to accepting that room until we realized that the toilet was so low down that he couldn't possibly use it. So we called the front desk to ask if they had any handicapped rooms with high toilets and rails. They put us on hold and then forgot about us! I had to make another trip down to the front desk to resolve this problem. We finally got an acceptable room, but it was not a good start to our stay.! Then we discovered that our TV was not working properly (no volume). They sent us a handyman who had to get us a new remote. But after all that it was fine.

The place is pretty moderate. The staff are very helpful. The only problem with the hotel are the floor in my room were very dirty. There was a lot of dirt and food on the floor.

No complaints at all. Can't beat the value. We had no car, but managed to find ways into Boston via Uber/public transit. The hotel was clearly new and, once again, unbeatable for the value.

The hotel was easy to find. Right off the interstate. There was really nothing wrong with the hotel it just didn't have that super clean feeling. Nothing was really dirty it just didn't have that sparkling clean feeling you would find at a chain like Westin or at my most recent Disney hotel. My daughter enjoyed the swimming pool. And I used the exercise room in the morning. The temperature was 88° when I walked in but that was just because somebody was playing with the thermostat, I guess. No fault of the hotel staff. I have to say the free breakfast was delicious --egg white with salsa in a spinach wrap --you don't find that many places. Each staff member I spoke with at the front desk were all very kind and helpful and smiling

We and another couple stayed here for a weekend to enjoy some R&R. This hotel was very nice. We were in a studio room and it was lovely. The reason I rated 'pleasing' in cleanliness and comfort - was the room need to be vacuumed thoroughly as there were food crumbs on the stools and floor in the kitchen area and the 2nd evening (same room) the bathroom light went out and as it was later on Sunday evening we were told there was no one to fix it until @ 11am the next day. We were offered to move to a different room but declined as we were already settled into this one from the day before.

we have a baby and i wanted to cook for him while we were travelling. so we looked for a hotel around boston with a kitchenette and found this hotel. it was great! the hotel had everything we needed, it was clean, beds were comfortable, the breakfast was very nice and the staff was very helpful. if you travel by car and don't mind being 25 minutes away from downtown, this is the hotel to go for.

nice place to have a good sleep after long trip. Close to highways. Not far from Lexington downtown.
