Good location and average for most aspects. Noisy halls and you could hear conversions through walls. They did quiet down by 11:30pm and started again just after 6am. Nothing horrible. Worked out fot a one night visit to see my child in college.

The room that was assigned to me was dirty and smell bad, but the front desk lady was very helpful and give me another one that was clean. No issues after that.

GROSS!!!!

We travel a lot and this place is the grossest we ever stayed. Filthy rugs in common areas even worse in rooms. Patched unpainted walls, loud dysfunctional ac unit. Road to the place is a potholed nightmare. No redeeming qualities whatsoever. Sketchy neighbourhood. STAY AWAY!!!!

My second time at the Sonesta and I gotta say this time I was highly disappointed. I had such an amazing experience my 1st time, but this time around my experience wasn't what i was expecting. 1st off the TV wasnt working AT ALL I went to the desk to ask for help she said nobody could do anything until the morning. I wasn't that upset about it since it was a short stay but the simple fact this wasn't working made the experience worst. 2nd I never thought a room at the Sonesta could even have a bad odor but alas I was proven wrong. This only lingered about 20-25 mins of my initial entry in my suite. Finally I never knew that they didn't have an ice machine which makes no sense they rxpect you to use the freezer which is time consuming and defeats the whole purpose. I'm not saying I don't recommend this property just highly disappointed that's all.

Biggest issue was the dirtiness in the details. Bed was okay but floor and walls needed to be cleaned. Bathroom drain was weirdly damaged. Carpet had bad smell. Bedding was clean. A/C worked. I like having a full kitchen but with how dirty it was, I didn't spend much time in the room.

I had a great time in Boston visiting some loves one. Grat room . My only concern was the smell of the carpet. I wish they can clean it better . Overall I had a great stay . I will definitely book it again .

Obviously housed illegals. Room was filthy, smelled. People congragating in the parking lot all night. Constant foot traffic in the room above me all night. Back door propped open all night. Totally unsafe facility. I got out of their as soon as I could find better and safer accomadations.
