Good location and average for most aspects. Noisy halls and you could hear conversions through walls. They did quiet down by 11:30pm and started again just after 6am. Nothing horrible. Worked out fot a one night visit to see my child in college.

There was no soap in the bathroom. The shampoo bottle and body wash bottle were both empty. There was no shower curtain and the towel rod near the shower was broken. There was also a used, bloody needle under a chair, which was a gross and horrifying discovery.

Strange and dirty

I don’t know exactly how to explain it, but this place had a very weird vibe. The check-in area was strange -- and the attendants were very distracted. We were on the third floor and the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a very long time -- it was strewn with debris the length of the hallway. When when we opened the door to our room the TV and the A/C were both blasting. Not very energy efficient. Our bathtub had orange mold growing in it. And we appreciated the big comfy chair, but it was put in the strangest place -- it prevented us from getting in/out of bed on one side.

Property was disgusting. Outdated and worn furniture. Holes in the walls, stains in the tub and blood on the bathroom light. Trash left in the hall near the elevators. Used plungers left in the hallway. Had to call twice for extra sheets for the sofa bed but had to go to the front desk and get them myself. Hand soap in the shower next to the shampoo and conditioner.

The room that was assigned to me was dirty and smell bad, but the front desk lady was very helpful and give me another one that was clean. No issues after that.

The hair dryer in my room was broken. After using it for a short while, it started to smoke, and I was really scared it might explode. I asked the staff for a replacement, but they told me there were no extra hair dryers available. The overall environment of the hotel was also not very good.
