My expectations were met. Im allset. The personat the front desk gave me the wrong key for the room after i got to the third floor inhad to walk back down with my bags to ask for another amd i got no apology from the person. Oops i gave you the wrong key. That was it

Very clean and well mannered staff staff was extremely patient and helpful

There is a reggaeton night club right next door. Extremely loud music till 2am. If you like sleep then don’t come here. Staff doesn’t care

I didn’t get to go to Boston and when both Orbitz and I tried to contact the manager about a possible refund or credit to stay at another Holiday Inn the manager did not return their calls or return my call. Holiday Inn customer service did call me about my review of their customer service but I was unable to talk at that time and asked if they could call me back later that day to which the customer service agent stated, okay I will note a customer no show and I will call later. First off I was not a no show I just couldn’t talk at that time and second she never called me back. As far as I’m concerned Holiday Inn does not care about their customers!!! I will avoid their hotels whenever I am able to!!

The property is clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and well maintained. The property looks brand new. The faucet water was not clear. It was a milky color, because the city was doing maintenance on the water lines. They would not let us check in a bit early. They could have been a but more nicer about it.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. Excellent room.

The staff at the front desk seemed unpolished and one lady has bright red hair. When I walked up they didn't acknowledge me and I stood there patiently waiting. The hotel is brand new so it is nice but I noticed some of the outlets don’t work in the room which causes the lighting fixtures plugged into those sockets not to work. Other than those complaints I had a good stay and I loved the glass walk-in shower!
