The front desk people were not very friendly. I have stayed at this hotel many times, and I have never encountered such miserable people. The rooms are dated, and desperately in need of a redo! The breakfast isn’t as good as it used to be. On the plus side, it’s a great location, so I will most likely stay again.

Quick and easy check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast selection was good. Nice restaurant/bar attached to the property. Close proximity to the mall and highway. Would stay here again.

Was not expecting the restaurant to be closed because we called to make sure it would be open when we were in our way. We were told the kitchen was open until 11:30. We arrived before 11 and it was closed. They said the last cook was injured and went home, but what respectable restaurant has only one person scheduled in the kitchen.

Room was nicely laid out. Hair in drain and the air ventilation was loud at times. Location was good. Front desk staff was great. Breakfast was mostly positive I liked it more than a few in my group. Wish it had a pool. Overall 7/10
