The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean inside. Our room had a few issues that I assume are due to lowered occupancy with COVID.

Beautiful room. The headboard to the bed was unattached and there were fruit flies and a big fly buzzing in the room

Coffee machine had grounds in it so it was not possible to use it for tea. Even after rinsed our water well area was not clean. It was necessary to hold base of hot water faucet In order to run hot water. Woke up before early alarm because heater / AC unit vibrated do loudly I thought there was a vehicle outside the window- lol room was on 4th floor, Tissue box had about 4 tissues in it . Room was very neat and clean and staff very pleasant.

Pros: The indoor pool is very nice and has a lifeguard on site. Unfortunately, it is super chlorinated and will burn your eyes within seconds. They really need to have someone who knows about pool water take care of that instead of haphazardly guessing what to put in the water. Cons: Too many to list. They had one staff member on at check in and check out making it a very long wait. There is a hidden $10 per night fee to park your car which is not disclosed or mentioned at check in. The overall feel of the hotel can be described as old and dated. Upon entering the room, there was a very strong perfume odor. We later figured out the the air conditioned was stuffed with some kind of deodorant wafers so as the cold air blew past them, it would make the room smell better. This was room 330. I can’t say they do this in every room. The ceiling was peeling pain. The tub had rust stains and the vent did not work at all. The beds literally have springs jabbing you all night long. My guess is these haven’t been replaced in many, many, many years. The windows are dirty and the walls are thin as paper. The sound of slamming doors and people chatting in the hallway could be heard all night long. In short, the money you save here will be eaten up quickly by parking fees as well as chiropractic charges once you return back home. Don’t book unless you are desperate! Even so, you should consider the bed of your truck as an option before making the plunge into booking.

Strong perfume disinfectant smell in room... the room was in poor condition. The sink was cracked and did not drain. The headboard was not attached. The mattress did not have a cover (only a sheet). There were marks on the walls and gouges in furniture. Traffic outside is very loud and the noise from other rooms woke me up. Condition of rooms from previous visits were fine, other rooms also had outside traffic noise.

It was convenient and clean. On the minus side, the heater in my room was very noisy.

The staff was not so friendly and the cleaning went on all day. Heard vaccuum all afternoon

I visited during a comic convention weekend that is held on the property annually. I was impressed to receive an email from them warning me of the event and offering free refund if I chose to cancel to avoid the crowds/noise. Check in was fast and easy. Upon unpacking, we found out AC didn’t work. Despite the increased attendance, maintenance was in my room in under 10 minutes and replaced the whole wall unit in under an hour - I was beyond impressed. Food at the bar and restaurant were fast and good, pricing typical for a hotel. Service was fast and friendly. Many local spots will deliver if you’re looking to eat for cheap. Rooms were clean, the exercise room is twice the size of motel hotels I see, and the pool even had a lifeguard on duty. Overall, I would 10/10 stay again.

My shower valve got stuck on and engineering has to shut it off. Plumbing updates are needed.

Really clean with super friendly staff. Comfortable bed and well working a/c. Breakfast was well stocked and freshened often!

Horrible, outdated and pricey Apparently the didn't change bedding with clean sheets, the next day i woke up with a bandaid sticked to my legs from someone else. Really disappointed and disgusted .

Very comfortable room and even though it's right on a busy road, the room was quiet. There was insufficient hot water for my shower.

Rooms are very dated. Stains on the carpet. Stain on the bed sheet. No entry light. You have to walk all the way into a dark room to turn on a lamp. No shower head, just a very low hung hand held. Never seen that before.

Personnel were awesome. Room smelled musty but was clean.

Excellent all around. Wonderful customer-service oriented staff, clean and comfortable accommodations and a vast array of amenities for all. We enjoyed the fitness center and the dining opportunities. Thank you! We will be back.
