Great place to stay while attending the USTA NE Tennis Coaches Conference. The staffs were extremely kind and helpful.
Lady at the front desk was giving an attitude while checking - in as if I disturbed her. Carpet in the room felt like it hasn’t been cleaned and changed in last 5 decades. Marriotts in that area are super awesome, don’t waste your money thinking that it’s like other Hiltons.
There should be fridges in the lower floors. Only rooms on seventh floor had fridges. Checking in and Check out was excellent. Thank you to the Verve Hotel in Natick.

It wasn’t a good stay and we are not even that picky. Front desk would never answer the phone, there seemed to be a blown fuse in the bathroom due to which the light, fan and electrical outlets weren’t working (which I mentioned to the front desk but they didn’t do anything about for the 3 days we stayed there), there was a used towel in the bathroom when we checked into the room, no bar soaps etc. Booked a room in this hotel because their website mentions rollaway beds as an amenity but while checking in they mentioned that this was not possible (fire codes but the room description on their website is misleading). Overall, a pretty poor experience.

The staff at the desk early on Saturday morning was grumpy when we asked for towels. The maid did not clean the room when requested.
Perfect location across from The Natick Mall. Great fast food outlets and restaurants.
No refrigerator in the room, rooms are very clean up need to be updated.
Nice property and convenient for our visiting family members, but no amenities due to pandemic.
