Terrible stay- do not recommend

Room entry key did not work after two times trying to reprogram keys. Room was not made up between nights. Had to request clean sheets. There was blood on the sheets and it appears the sheets were not changed prior to our arrival. Had to request clean sheets and make the bed ourselves

Told the desk and they apologized but…

The toilet didn’t work the shower drizzled the bathroom door didn’t lock. There was construction dust all over the room. The phones didn’t work and housekeeping came in the room, even though we had the do not disturb sign on the outside of the door. All three TVs came on at different times of the night on loud volume by themselves waking us up.

I'm giving one star because that was the least I could give. This os a terrible arrangement: they would charge you way above the quoted estimate in yours booking receipt. The hold on the card is a trap.
