Dirty, filthy, in disrepair, no hot water on most mornings, smoke infested room, dysfunctional laundry, filthy carpets in room, corridors, elevators, misplaced packages, not to Marriott standards

The place was very clean. The staff very professional and courteous. Will recommend. Great experience.

The hotel is fine. It is just a bit outdated and needs some maintenance. We were limited by the pandemic as far as using the amenities. We certainly had all we needed there.

We liked the room design and ice water and apples offered in the lobby.

Good place to stay. Pretty quiet surroundings. Liked it.

I liked the location, breakfast, and comfy bed. I did not like that you could not turn bathroom light inside bathroom so as not to disturb my sleeping partner. I also did not like that our room was not cleaned one of the three days we were there.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. We were amazed at how quiet and peaceful the hotel was. The breakfast was what I would describe as one of the best continental breakfasts that I have had at a hotel. They changed the menu from Friday to Saturday which was really great. The elevators were very adequate for the size of the building and kept the flow of people moving from floor to floor with no problem. Sometimes hotel elevators are either very slow or there is only one. The one thing that was a turn off for us was the pool area. Although the pool was very clean, the hot tub was super chlorinated and was in need of a water change. The entire room was nothing but chlorine gas which irritated my eyes and throat. I couldn't stay more than a minute which was disappointing. Overall though, one of the finest hotels I have stayed in. Bravo!

Breakfast needs to improve better.. Coffee goes out so fast.

Great staff! Polite friendly helpful Clean ,calm and nice area...great location Everything is really well taken care Elevators aren’t good though

The property is great, there’s a nice lounge and a pool. The service was excellent. The people are friendly. I just wish there was a bar or restaurant within walking distance, otherwise we had a great stay!

Came for family business. No problems. Very quiet.

I don't complain unless outrageously horrible stay. They deserve a ZERO Rating, EXCEPT MAIDS WERE NICE. Marriott Residence Inns should offer King beds, but they don't. Only Queen bed soft and squishy. Actually it was smaller than a queen bc baggie fitted sheet. And get this! We found a large knife pointing out between mattress. How could maids not see that? Seriously?! Washed and put it back in nice kitchenette drawer. MASS PIKE NOISE UNBEARABLE. Moved to quieter room. Toilets not flushing properly. Maids said they don't flush right when hotel is really full. 3rd room move we gave up and put up with it. Dirty and not working hot tub, showers for pool area not cleaned for 2 days and smelly pool towels when you could find them. Breakfast ok. Item labeled Greek Yogurt was in fact regular Dannon yogurt (after watching them scoop from container). Label should say regular cheap yogurt if you're going to buy cheap. Direct TV blurry television channels and words not synced to speaking. Needed to be reset. Hotel room shower temperature kept fluctuating too hot to cool. Obviously lots of things need to be fixed and replaced. In All a TERRIBLE WORST STAY and WE HAVE STAYED AT A LOT OF MARRIOTTS. Paid full price for height of season too. Couldn't get a refund because prepaid with Orbitz.

Upon check in we immediately turned the air conditioner on because it was really warm in the room (78 degrees). Went to a show in Boston. Came back around 11:00 pm and it was the same 78 degrees. Air was not working. Asked someone to come look at it. They lowered the lowest setting from 65 degrees to 60 degrees. Reset the air conditioner and said they hoped for the best. Well, we had a miserable night sleep because it was just too warm in the room. Which caused us to oversleep and miss out on breakfast! Told them about it when we were checking out. The desk clerk did not seem to care.

I had a very pleasent stay at Resident Inn. Very friendly and helpful staff and comfortable room. They also have a very good breakfast.
