Delta was so much better than American Airlines. My last flight with American the flight attendants were stuck up, only did drink service once on a 6 hr flight and seemed annoyed with everything. Delta drink and snacks 4 times on a 4 hour flight and the staff was amazing and happy.
national flights and we can have free carry on and one personal bag, others airlines charge for checking bags $30 , jet blue only $25. On time all my flights
Can't emphasize importance and advantages of on-line check in and self-tagging of baggage. Lines at JFK were HORRIBLE for those who had to do the conventional check in at the airport. For on-line check in people - no check in lines! Still had to check bags though, but even though they were crowed, the baggage tagging kiosks were available, and worked both quickly and well.
I flew on the new 737-900 for the first time, can't say I'm a fan of the vast amount of seats crammed in there, plus it seems more cramped.
bag check in was not free as you mentioned in earlier question
I was told I might miss my flight and I was coming from an international flight and so I ran through the airport only to find that my flight hadn’t even started boarding. The staff at the counter were so rude
flight continuously got delayed over and over and over and staff lied about it. worse experience ever
The security line is ridiculous. It makes no sense. The headphones jack did not work properly. The flight attendant didn't bring the drink I ask for.
My family flew together for vacation. 4out of 5 of us sat together and my daughter sat by herself while 2 seats to the right of me remained empty the whole flight. While we were in row 1 and 2 she was in the back. Not ok.
The flight seemed to be delayed almost three hours without a clear reason. Staff was not helpful. Worst flight I have ever experienced. Will never fly Delta again
Not up to Delta's usual high standard.
