Flights Review

Feb 19, 2020

Excellent! TV entertainment system was clunky to use and a bit glitchy. Not really a complaint - just an observation! Love flying Virgin! :)

Jan 31, 2020

baggage fees are very expensive.

Dec 30, 2019

Minor comments: The check-in desk should have had an organized queue. The plane temperature varied a lot from chilly to hot. We did like the fact that passengers entered the plane as soon as they reached the departure gate.

Dec 13, 2019

Our flight was diverted to St. John for a medical emergency. The pilot and cabin crew were excellent in dealing with a difficult situation. The only (big) problem was the terrible luggage handling at Boston's Logan Airport. Most of us had to wait at least 90 minutes for our bags and the ground crew was wholly inadequate.

Dec 13, 2019

Great safety measures/fast boarding and exiting

Dec 12, 2019

I do wish that I had been able to keep the seat I chose at booking but the flight wasn't full so I was able to switch after take off. Otherwise, excellent flight and service.

Dec 2, 2019

the timing of the service throughout the flight was timed well.

Nov 26, 2019

Every connection on this trip was either on time or ahead of schedule. Great service!

Nov 24, 2019

Plane was old with some seats not having seat backs. Staff were great but not plane

Nov 3, 2019

I wish they would at least offer a cup of water free of charge. Business is business, but I think it is unconscionable to expect passengers pay for a drink of water while on board.
