Great customer service and location. Called for shuttle to pick us up at the airport and was there promply. Can take water shuttle across the harbor to the city. Very nice.
Breakfast was wonderful and bed was comfortable! Great location. Loved service of picking and taken us to airport.
we liked the shuttle back and forth from the train station. We did not like how hot the pool was. The kids couldn't stay in it for more than 15 min. at a time. They would overheat.
Not unique, but free breakfast was nice. Pool facility was good. I like it that the hot tub rule is that under 15 needs to be accompanied by an adult and not that no one under 13 can use it like other places.
This property is in a great location. We were in the local area for something specific but it was also convenient for driving into the city. The breakfast is very good and the staff was great, especially Ramona in the Starbucks cafe.
