Good trip!

Jul 2, 2019

The airline helped make traveling with a baby a smooth experience, accommodating us well at check-in and on board.

Love the leg room

Sep 9, 2018

It was strange that I had to check in for a second time, in the app, for the second flight, in order that get my boarding pass

Jun 9, 2018

Flight was very delayed due to computer reset. Made our connecting flight time extremely close. The staff did do everything possible to help us and make other accommodations for us if we missed it. The pilot made amazing time and we were able to exit the plae first so we could make it to our connecting flight with the cooperation of our fellow passengers! Thank you to all of them and the staff! We appreciate that!! Love Jet Blue!!

Liked everything except the obnoxious TSA agent who patted me down like I was a terrorist. After I was finally humiliated by his hands near my crotch area, I observed other People of Color like myself chosen for this invasive procedure. Seems like racial profiling to me

Choice of airline jet blue

Mar 12, 2018

I was not happy with how my baggage was handled in Boston. It was placed on a completely different carousal than the correct one for my flight. We waited a long time until my daughter spotted it sitting alone several carousals away from the designated one.
