Would be nice if airline employees offered more assistance to parents travelling alone with babies/toddlers

The only problem was the buttons to operate the television were on the armrest so if the person next to me rested their arm, it changed the volume or the station on my television. Very poor design.

Seats not comfy on return flight

Aug 23, 2019

Overall I appreciated all staff and efforts to get us to Ohare for connection ! It was stressful though to have our carry on bags taken to be returned at bridge when we were already late . I did make my flight but I think others didn’t due to that alone , having to wait for their bag . The ride though was smooth and I think The pilot did a great job with all !

As good as it could have been for basic economy!

Other than departing and arriving late, it was a good flight.

Don’t like surprises like now we have to check our own bags at kiosk with multiple questions, seems customer has to do more self service.., almost all. Keep staff to help and serve public when needed!

All smooth and on time
