Keep up the good work. But, please serve something in addition to pretzels... such as almonds!

Feb 19, 2020

Left right on time!

Jan 4, 2020

Despite the delay in takeoff and the rerouting of the flight I was still able to make my connection

Jan 4, 2020

Did not like inability to change seat on return because I my original reservation was basic economy. That isn’t very clear when making reservations

Dec 1, 2019

When we got to Charlotte, our connecting to Nashville was changed to an hour later. But it wasn’t the staff’s fault.. it was late from New Orleans. Never heard the reason why.

Sep 3, 2019

First Class attendant was great.

Aug 15, 2019

The staff was exceptionally accommodating to me. I was very pleased.

Oct 23, 2018

Seats were not comfy

Sep 8, 2018

Staff was great. I asked for wheel chair service and they were great....

Aug 17, 2018

My husband and I were assigned seats next to each other when purchased--but were assigned two middle seats, when checked in online! The only options to sit next to each other included paying $72!! That seemed like a set force us to purchase seats. Seats were great, but we'd not have "upgraded" and paid even more for our tickets, had we known from the beginning. Sure wish we'd be seated next to each other, since tickets were purchased together.
