Flyght delayd for over 5 hours and no support

Dec 15, 2019

Delicious meals!!! The best of all the other airlines!

Nov 14, 2019

Today is my birthday and the flight attendants were so sweet. Gave me & gentleman seated next to me champagne.

Sep 17, 2018

Wish the seats gave you more space.

Jul 16, 2018

Plane 1.5hours late at AMS. Not much updating on situation.

Jul 14, 2018

A parent on the plane did not attend to her undisciplined child which disturbed everyone around them the whole flight. Standing on the seats leaning over the seats to all those in front and in back of him. The poor woman sitting with them whom did not speak English seemed very distressed as he was coming into her seat as well. No attendant addressed with the parent at any point. At a minimum someone should have at least said something to the parent. At one point the parent stood on her seat to get something out of the overhead bin. I wouldn't normally mention but it was obvious everyone was not happy with it being ignored.

Jun 21, 2018

I am short and I find the way the headrest is located on the seats is not comfortable for me, I wish there was a way to adjust the headrest. And I find the cost of having 1 check-in at $60 is completely unreasonable. No wonder you see so many people with only carry on baggage, then if it doesn't fit above the seats it can be checked in for free. This is definitely the way I will travel next time as $120 baggage cost ($60 each way) for round trip is not affordable...

The business class staff were exquisite - I was treated like royalty and had such an excellent travel experience. Will definitely fly Delta again, especially Delat One!!

May 9, 2018

Team partner was Delta KLM has 1 free checked bag but Delta charged me $60 for my 1 checked bag You should disclose that your partners charge Honestly if I did my original plan for 2 checked bags the second bag was $100 not happy event

Mar 30, 2018

Delta’s cabin crew went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. Really my only complaints were the boarding process in schipol that was way too drawn out & dramatic for what was really involved in it & klm’s decision to let the guy in the next seat to me onto the flight to Cardiff. Dude smelled of & was covered in diesel & he vomited five times in an hour into air sickness bags. The air was totally calm but he was completely trashed. No way should they have let board
