This property is not worth the price. They charge an extra $20 per day for a resort fee when there is nothing provided for the fee. You can use the YMCA pool and gym but it is very busy with members. The parking is off site about a quarter mile away and charges $12 a day to park with the hotel validation. I have never seen such an enormous fee for a hotel that is only a 1 star hotel at best. I would definitely not recommend this property to anyone. The staff was flat out rude and not concerned about the guests. They supposedly offer a free shuttle but there was no mention of it and was one offered. Location would be nice when the weather is warmer and you could walk the freedom trail.

I didn't like the fact that the staff did not explain about the parking details and also extra amenity fees, I was charged for full price parking when it should of been half even though I filled out proper paperwork for half price parking with the manager. On top of that I could not be reimbursed about it per the manager and there was nothing they could do. The Rooms are extremely very out dated and appliances (Fridge) barely worked & Freezer didn't work at all, the hot water took very long to even get hot. Other then those issues it was a okay place to stay, and it was extremely clean.

Not near transportation. Had to pay UBER and taxis anytime after 8pm. VERY limited on places nearby to eat. Toilet was running, staff fixed that. Room was cold. Told they hadn’t turned heat on for the year. Got a blanket. Room was directly above city YMCA so listened to weights being dropped all hours. No wifi. Staff was good. Room was clean. But wouldn’t stay again due to inconvenience of location.

Liked the location. The staff was friendly. What I didn’t like was having to walk five minutes to the car garage. I didn’t like the fact that there was no place to eat with in the hotel. But most of all, the beds were not comfortable. Liked the location. The staff was friendly. What I didn’t like was having to walk five minutes to the car garage. Convenient location, clean, quiet, discounted parking.

The property is near USS Constitution Museum and close enough to Downtown Boston to be convenient but away so you are not in the city. The Property itself is next to a YMCA, which is not a problem, and the facilities are available to guests. But, you need to think YMCA for the whole property. Its older and upkeep is an issue. The plumbing apparently has issues as we witnessed a complaint on toilet back up and this morning at 4:30 am we had luke warm water, at best, but basically cold.

convenient location, MGH shuttle can take you to the nearest subway station (north station). the hotel is a 15 minute drive from the airport. Staff are friendly and professional, the hotel is just old, rooms vary so much in size and options, for some reason the wall electrical outlets don't fit any of my chargers, I have no idea why

I liked that it was in a beautiful part of the city near the waterfront. It became evident that the room I was given had not been updated or truly prepared. The freezer compartment was completely filled with frozen ice. I was tired so I let it go. The bathtub had black marks on it and there was no way to stop the drain. There was no place to put down anything while you used the sink because if you put it on top of the toilet tank it slid off behind the tank next to the wall. The toilet paper roll was located so you couldn't reach it without tearing off the paper in shreds. The next morning I went out for the day and when I came back I requested a plug for the tub because I wanted to soak after an exhausting day. They could not find one so I decided to use the pool. It was closed. Nowhere in the room was their a list giving hours and location of things. There was no list of TV channels. There was no breakfast or restaurant of any kind. I went to bed on the night of the 25th and woke up very early determined to have a bath by stuffing underpants into the drain. Then there was no hot water so I couldn't even take a shower. The receptionist (a very professional and helpful woman, Ms Amparro, came up and confirmed there was no hot water. After some time she found another room on another floor of the hotel where I could go to clean up. This meant I had to get dressed, then undressed, then dressed again. You get the picture. I called the hotel after I got home and offered .

The staff in front desk was nice. The building has barely been kept up. One of the rooms had a leak in the bathroom.

Great location! Spent 2 days in Boston with the family. Our son enjoyed the gym and pool that are available with the YMCA. This was just what we were looking for. Great space in the room.

Convenient, near a ton of sites to visit nearby. Very affordable compared to other hotels in the area.

I liked the area. Close to the trolley hop on and hop off and close the the Freedom Trail.

This hotel has a great location and staff were kind. Room was clean, but there were numerous things broken in our room and it felt like staying in a college dorm. Outlets didn't work, there was old glue and paint in a giant spot on the wall, and the closet door was completely off the hinges and set up against the closet. The hotel has a great location for the price, but rooms need MUCH attention.
