Nice stay, location, vicinity, property, value for money

Hotel room was old and a bit dingy, but the bed was comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful.

There was a half eaten banana in the first room provided to me on 6th floor.

When I called girl at desk couldn’t tell me how to get to their parking lot which was off premises. The bed was creeky and only two pillows on a king size bed. The mattress definately has had use. Tried to put the ac on but only heat would come out. Luckily there was a window that opened. Only one bar of soap in bathroom and no body wash amongst the toiletries.

Room had a broken refrigerator, room smelled like smoke despite being a non smoking room. No heat or air condition

Black mold in the shower, dust and grim on surfaces throughout the room. Really gross!

As soon as I saw an entrance with dirty glass door, I had the feeling the place is dirty. Even though the lobby is bright and looks more or less clean, there was a cockroach on the floor. The air in the room was stuffy with too much air freshener. The room was neat, but the sink in the bathroom was dirty and rusty and one of the face towels had hair on it. Overall, unpleasant hotel. I don't think it worth the money, it's not like it's a cheap motel. The parking is $10 a day and it's far, a few blocks away. Also, there is nothing to eat around except Dunkin Donuts around the corner. Since the place doesn't have a complimentary breakfast, that was a good thing. This hotel is far from everything. It is attached to YMCA gym, so you can use it any time. Did not use the pool. The only thing we liked about the area is a ferry that goes to the city, about 10 min ride, beautiful and a small park.

Hotel was nothing like we expected for the date we paid. Advertised with amenities that are tied to the local YMCA. Pool closes at 6 pm on the weekend, as well as basketball court and fitness room. Staff is rude and in order to get anything we had to ask several different staff members. The room had outlets that were loose and unable to plug into. Toilet constantly ran and was not attended to although we let the front desk know (loud and difficult to sleep through). Beds were terrible as well. Will definitely be returning to this hotel. It was absolutely awful!

Excellent facilities (pool, fitness center), great price, great location but we had no AC on one of the hottest days of the year and no hot water! We have not complained in the mornings no, and the staff said that had we complained they would have moved us, but.....there was a big box fan in the room, and when you need to shower and go, you need to shower and GO! Plus moving is a pain after you have unpacked. The price was nice, though, so might try it again!

The hotel is very basic, it appears to be like a military barracks building turned into a hotel. There are no frills. Its not pretty or well decorated in the rooms. But it had a decent location, great price and very helpful staff.

Can easily walk here from North Station, or Ferry from Long Wharf, and the 93 bus passes by during the week (not weekends). Short walk to the USS Constitution, and Bunker Hill. Dunkin' Donuts just feet from Lobby, and The YMCA is available to hotel guests. Quiet and safe to walk around at night, too.

check in was easy. AC was nice and cold. Water was hot. All I could ask for.

This was not a good experience. Low level, old and not presentable for stay.

Did not stay, checked in, went up to room. Filthy. Air conditioner not working. Broken window, shower was broken. This hotel should not even be open.

This hotel was dirty, extremely hot and the staff at the desk was not helpful to make accommodations better. Upon entering my room the first thing i noticed was how extremely hot it was in there. my guess would be 80 degrees or more. I immediately went to turn down the heat and on the ac that is advertised on the website because i have many health problems and cant be in the heat like that, to my surprise there was no ac and no thermostat that would function to change the temp.. There was trash on the floor, and hair in the shower and outlets that were hanging out of the wall where the microwave was plugged into. Also the outlets that were usable made it very hard to keep things plugged in they were very loose. I then began smelling a very strong smell of what i believe to be marijuana coming through my door in this non smoking hotel. When i went downstairs to complain of these things and ask for a fan i was told they didnt have any fans, and would investigate the aroma. I did not receive any apologies or any type of compensation to make up for the problems, and was told no managers were on site the 3 separate times i asked before my discharge. If i had had money to leave before i would have most definetely left and stayed somewhere else.

Was good for an overnight helpful room to didn’t have to drive in the snow!

The elevators were very slow (if they were even working). It seems like it’s a mix of an hotel and apartments.

I wasn't happy with my 2 night stay at this hotel. I checked into a room late in the evening. Upon leaving room for the entire day the next am and not returning until late in the evening the room had not been cleaned. ( I wasn't about to ask at midnight since I was going to sleep & checking out in am ) I told the front desk in AM about this. I was told they would leave a note for the manager to report this. Needless to say I hadn't heard from them after I left. I decided to email manager to see if they would make any adjustment. ( waiting to hear back ) The room was very small ( felt like you were in a college dorm ) VERY outdated ( everything in room ) I would not recommend this hotel at all. Uncomfortable bed ( very soft ) I'm sure old also. The elevators are VERY slow.....taking forever to go up to your room. All in all very disappointed in the age, cleanliness, lack of service. Enough said ! p.s. it wasn't like it was a cheap price either !
