Wifi was spotty at best... seats did not recline at all making it hard to work when seat in front reclined. Free snacks should be included and were not. No individual televisions.

Sep 11, 2019

No food on a 5 hour flight is a serious drawback.

Love having tv on seat back and free movies

Jul 11, 2019

I was surprised that I didn't feel stuffed into a sardine can in the seat-- there was enough room for an average height male. I could actually reach down and grab my bag from under the seat without having to use my feet to push it out and lift it to my hand because you can't bend over with the back of the seat in front of you so close to your head. The flight was smooth, the landing gentle-- completely without drama!

TY. (Next time i'll remember the WiFi is free :-)
