When it goes right, everything is good. Getting an exit row so I was able to do work with my laptop plugged in was priceless. Well, I did have to pay for the upgrade. Woudl have been nice if it had no cost. :)
There was an option on this survey to check "free checked bag" - I certainly was not given that option when I checked in!
Orbits hosed me on seat upgrade choice. I paid for aisle seat choice and got stuck in middle. Fortunately u ited lady said this is common and moved me to window
My only concern was the 45 minute delay in Portland (crew got in late the night before) resulted in my missing my connection in Washington DC. The 5 hour wait was tiring.
First time on Alaska. Will do it again
Great leg room
On cross country flights food should be served.
Would have been nice to be able to choose my seats I normally like aisle seats
I would only take non-stop flights to DC on United.
Landed early! (But couldn't get into gate.)
