My family of 4 stayed here for our maiden trip to Boston. Very friendly & helpful staff. Spacious rooms were comfortable & clean. Free shuttle service to train stations is invaluable. Free breakfast each morning is ample & fresh. Pool was wonderful as well. We really couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The staff are AMAZING! The facility is clean and exactly what is pictured. The breakfast is AWESOME and the wifi really works.Family friendly! Only hotel I'll stay at when I visit my family.

Great breakfast buffet. Convenient parking. Comfortable bed - Much better than other hotels I have used! Room originally booked was too noisy, being directly across from kitchen, and was changed with absolutely no problem. Location was perfect for me, five minute drive from family residence.

Hotel is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Shuttle will take and pick you up at the subway. Had a great experience.

We were greeted upon arrival upon arrival, we were shown how to go for a walk into town.

I was impressed with the room and breakfast. Especially if you compare the breakfast to a continental one. The only shortcoming to the hotel was that the pool was not heated enough. Also, the poll short had no hot water, it was from cold to very cold. Aside from these two issues, I was very impressed with the rest.

Front desk staff are great and helpful. Breakfast items were low in supply near the tail end. Housekeeping was not putting enough towels and supplies in our room (we have 6 people), and we have to request them at the front desk every day we were there. But otherwise, it is a pleasant stay. It is great to have a 24-hour gym.

Free breakfast, but ran out of food and dishes. The business computers had no internet.

The staff did not know what was going on, didn't know about my fedex package (didn't communicate), didn't know how to communicate with shuttle driver regarding a pickup, didn't place a food order until asking about it again 45 minutes later. These are issues that make travel more difficult. Despite having to fix so many errors, they remained friendly.

Enjoyed the peace and quiet in the room even though there seemed to be a lot of guests, including groups of teenagers.

Everything was great, but if you're a light sleeper the proximity of the highway might keep you up.

The hotel is in a good location and easy to get to during rush hour from Cambridge, MA. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not bad but they could add hit more protein to the menu..even whole cooked eggs would be a plus.

Rooms were excellent. Everything was good overall. Little bit of a hassle to get to city but definitely worth not paying the prices by staying downtown Boston.

It was a boring area to stay in. The pool was great and the room was comfortable

Great property but the front desk appeared under staff . Toney did a great job , but he could have used some help . The room was better than expected and the breakfast was a pleasant surprise . Nice job . Thank you !

If you are an experienced user of the T, this may be the place for you. Unfortunately we are not. We found getting into and back from Boston to be a pain. The front desk neglected to tell us that the shuttle stops pick ups at 9 pm. Also after frustrated use of the T/shuttle we get back and our room keys didnt work. The room itself was great, very large and plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable. Sheets in fold up couch were dirty, so another wait ensued. Breakfast offerings were very ample and staff was on top of things, replacing and cleaning up quickly.

We stayed there while going on a cruise. It was nice and comfortable.

Great place for a quick overnight trip to the city. Shuttle service helpful to get to T.

weeklong stay to visit family

great location at a good price
