We didn’t like that the elevators we’re not working efficiently😡. We had to take the stairs up in down in the morning to head to breakfast.

Used the laundry, it was clean and handy. Only one elevator was working for eight floors of hotel. Kind of a problem. Not many convenient plugs in the room for plugging in devices. Parking was under the hotel which made it seem safe. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

Very friendly check in staff. Very friendly breakfast staff and a nice breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. One elevator was not working so the wait was fairly long, but those things happen. I would stay here again the next time I come to Medford.
