Spectacular water views apartment in the heart of Brickell in Miami. There is one very comfortable and cute bedroom, and two office desks available for your use. The unit has a modern design and it is fully equipped for guests to enjoy their stay with the fully equipped kitchen if you would like to do some cooking. You can enjoy all of the building's amenities, business center, two heated pools, gym, hot tub, sundeck, and BBQ area and there is a free parking space for your use.

All guests are required to wear facial mask in all areas of the building and elevator.

The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.
