Beautiful and renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with big kitchen and living room.
An authentic apartment with a great location. Located on Douglas in coral gables, a calm and peaceful neighborhood, this apartment it's a great option for your trip to Miami.
Fully equipped with all you need for your stay. Kitchen with full utensils, wifi, smart tv, washer&dryer, linen, towels, and a courtesy shampoo and toilet paper for your first-day stay. (we do not do replacements during stay).

Apartment located on the ground floor of a small building of 4 units. Each unit has its own parking space. Its located in a very cozy neighborhood. The apartment is very bright and with very big spaces.

We will grant you all the check-in instructions through messages, so please stay tuned for automatic messaging.

If you wish to have an extra cleaning in the middle of your stay please let us know and will be provided with an extra charge.
Early check-in and late check out if available can be provided with extra cost.
Pets are allowed at the unit. We charge an extra cleaning fee.

Ok but can use some attention.

Blankets were urinated had to wash them the mattresses was urinated. Took pictures and submitted to management never got a response. Some light bulbs out. Refrigerator kept freezing all the food even on the lowest setting. No smoking but people were smoking rit in front of entrance.
