Aloft was fine. It was the most reasonable price (>$220) a night for a hotel in the area which we HAD to be, due to work and walkable without a rent car. The hotel seemed a bit rundown, but clean and very modern. The room was small as we prepared a king bed. No chair in room, no microwave. No one was at check-in Registration Desk for 20 min. housekeeping was nice, fresh towels and trash pickup. Would probably not stay there again. No breakfast or bagels. Other hotels give you more at this price. Disappointing, and not classic.

Hi paid for a king room but was told that Expedia doesn’t know the rooms they have and they overbooked them. I paid for breakfast and was told they “don’t do that anymore” and the night clerk did not offer a solution except to say that I had to speak with Expedia. People running in the halls and slamming doors all night. No coffee in the morning and no one to take a breakfast order. Will never be back.

When we arrived, we were told they already gave out all of the double queen rooms and the only option was a double full room, which was really more of an oversized twin bed. Also the air did not work overnight. Thank goodness we were only staying one night.
