We spent 5 night there the property was nice rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was nice, The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall it was a pretty good stay. Cons: the lobby, bar and most of the restaurants don’t use AC the doors are kept open certain spots would have a good breeze but the restaurants were HOT! Disappointed Stay – Not What We Expected We stayed at the Wyndham Alltra Cancun All Inclusive Resort and unfortunately, our experience was far from enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was frustrating. Our group was separated—even though I speak Spanish and my in-laws do not. It felt intentionally misleading and created unnecessary confusion. Room service was another major letdown. Despite being advertised as “all-inclusive,” we were charged a fee every time we ordered to the room. We also weren't allowed to take food up to our room ourselves if we picked it up, which made no sense and was very inconvenient. One of our rooms had a broken AC that didn’t work for several days—completely unacceptable in the Cancun heat. It took far too long to be fixed. To top it all off, we were constantly approached by a pushy timeshare saleswoman. Even after saying we weren’t interested, she continued to pester us throughout our stay, which really disrupted the vacation vibe. There were two managers who attempted to help towards the end. They were very sweet. But it was too late. Trip ruined. Overall, this resort did not deliver on its promises. Between the misleading check-in, hidden fees, poor room maintenance, and relentless sales pressure, we left feeling disappointed and won’t be coming back. This was not the relaxing vacation we had hoped for. Would not recommend and definitely won't be returning. At least not to this resort.

The folks there very polite and helpful. Twice, they surprised us with well-planned and generous gifts celebrating our anniversary. The room was immaculate and beautiful. The pools and beach were perfect.

It was a nice property in general. Wish there would have been more to do without leaving the resort each time. The beach wasn’t as swimmable as we hoped/thought. It was red flag our entire stay (because of the rocks just off the beach) with large waves so you couldn’t go very far. Other than those few things it was nice and everyone was super friendly that worked on the resort. No complaints really and we worked around the negatives and still had a wonderful time.

10/10 Honestly the best decision me and my wife could have made. The stay was awesome. The room service was always one point and always made sure to leave your room nice and tight daily. The food was pretty good as well. Everything was fresh and the service was always on point. The staff were amazing! Above and beyond. Not only were they amazing but really wonderful people as well. They always made sure to answer your questions and try to help you in the best way possible. The only down fall of all this was the other guests. Not all but more than a couple weren’t very considerate. The bar is open daily from 11:00am and on. People were pretty upset at that. And another thing people didn’t stop to think that the employees also live off of tips. So if you could tip them that would be awesome. They provide excellent service so there shouldn’t be no explanation on why you can not tip. Not saying to tip a lot but something is something. Overall amazing place! Family friendly! We will be back!!

Loved the Italian restaurant. We ate there more than once. Bed was super comfortable. Rocky and sloped beach…..hard to walk. The larger pool too small for the amount of people there. Were a lot of families with small kids. Hard to just relax in pool. The Smaller pool right next to kids play area! Also they had the cabanas right next to pool on both sides. Sitting in lounge chairs right behind them blocked the view of the pool! They had the same games in the pool every day at the same time. Music in bar area was very loud…… not the usual in other resorts. On the whole the resort was very clean and workers very nice. The bars made great drinks.

Food, and amenities were great, rooms were okay but you wont stay in room for too long so its okay. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, but not everyone speaks English however they seems to understand english.
