Clean room : was great ocean front not super new but okay. Staff : some were great some weren’t so helpful. Kid friendly : absolutely ! Beach review : during may there was a a ton of sea weed may7-10 . But the balcony view was amazing ocean front .

It is a really beautiful resort and the staff, the food and the rooms are great! Beautiful beaches and pools. The only negative thing is that they try to up-charge you constantly: wine, cabanas, food, spa services, dolphins, show, nicer tables, better lounge chairs etc. When you pay between 700-800 dollars a night, this gets old.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We came with 2 sets of grandparents and young kids (2 and 5) and we all had a great time. The food options are great, service staff are very friendly. Beach is nice and clean and water is fairly calm for swimming. One star off for the pool being cold- wish it was heated more so kids could enjoy it more- they only swam in the covered pool section as that one was warmer.

We have been to this resort many times and love it. While they have great food, clean rooms, and beautiful grounds, the thing that stands out the most is the service. As soon as we got there, Fernando granted us and took us to check in. He is a person and is so very welcoming. Then at the club tower, Emmanuel and the rest of the staff are wonderful. They make you feel part of the family. Then out by the pool, Judith and Carlos helped to make every day great. We’ve been to many resorts and this is by far our favorite!

The room was great! Miguel and Natasha were wonderful!! The only thing we didn't like was we wish there were more signs for people not to invade your space. We rented a cabana at the main pool and people kept coming in our area.

Room was always spotless. I want to throw out my mattress and buy one of theirs. All the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were great. Our butlers Anna and Omar went the extra mile. Checking in and out were a breeze. Beach is amazing. The ice cream is the best I’ve ever tasted. Fruit was sooo good. Nice resort, really great service - particularly Oscar the manager of spa - we met him in the gym and he took us on a long tour of the facilities, spa,. and tennis court. Food was just ok, but resort and service more than made up for it.
