We checked in at 10:30pm and the rooms were still not ready due to a housekeeper quitting and leaving earlier that day. We had 2 doubles but the poor front desk person had to deal with a stream of guests arriving and no clean double rooms. She gave us a single queen. Luckily my daughter and I would share a bed. The front desk girl was trying and the situation was out of her hands. The next day we asked about moving to our previously booked 2 double but was told none were available as they had 12 reservations checking in later and they had those rooms reserved. I said we could just stay in the queen but was there a price difference (she said no) or at the least could we get a late check out without paying the fee. Also no. So we never got what we paid for and they made no attempt to rectify or just throw us a bone. Too bad. That’s a good time to make a bad situation better and have a guest walk away with a good impression that at least they tried. Not coming back

this hotel has a great location. Keep in mind it is just a hotel room no balcony's. The breakfast is the standard small hotel breakfast but good choices. the area of the hotel is safe and quiet

A very nice place to stay, although a little difficult to get to due to road work. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast was very good and the hotel is in a quiet area. For Spokane, the rate was very good.

It is a very good place to stay at an affordable price. I have stayed here many times, and I would recommend it to anyone. The last two times I have been there, I was not a fan of the omelet with cheese they had at the breakfast bar (other breakfast choices were fine). Otherwise, it is a very good deal and has great staff.
