The checkout staff was dreaming the whole time to check me out. No receipt no breakfast bag as it suppose to be. Keep making excuse that she didn’t get used to work on morning shift. Saying it’s too early for her. Very unprofessional. Not helpful
Extra blankets needed in the room since a sheet, thin blanket and a second sheet on top were not adequate. You shouldn't have to go to the office to get clean towels, kleenex and toilet paper since this motel only services the rooms every three days.
Such a cute and friendly atmosphere. I felt very cozy staying here. It’s on a fairly busy street but was still rather quiet. My one complaint is that my door would stick a little. So long as I made the effort to shut it all the way, it was secure.
We arrived at 2:35 (check in 2:00). I asked for a smoking free bedroom and it was covered in smoke smell which made it impossible to breath inside. The toilet had pee without flushing, bed was not made, one of the lamps were broken and tv was broken. My husband complained and they gave us a clean bedroom (10 points to the lady). The fact is that we could not sleep the whole night with the next door neighbor and people outside. I felt unsafe the whole time since we were in first floor. We were charged a lot of money because of the tournament (which we were not aware, we were there for a wedding).
I did like that the rooms were updated and had a modern look and design. I didn't like that I could hear every single sound anyone made walking, talking, within 50 ft of my room. Drag racing all night on the main road was ridiculous but I know the hotel can't control that.
