Great little spot, unique hotel, cool little lounge areas, clean rooms, awesome restaurant sits right beneath the hotel which is convenient as well.
A very nice boutique hotel! I’ve been staying at the Davenport so long I’m so glad we tried something new. A very solid choice for downtown Spokane. We loved the room, vibes, nice staff. Will be back!
clean upper end property downtown, minutes from river, hotel is nicely appointed, aged, but well kept/updated, nice lounge w/ couches etc, didn't use due to C19, and other activities, but quite attractive. bed very comfortable. only downside, not the hotels fault, but is in proximity to some homeless. that said, they don't bother you.

Loved the atmosphere and Scratch Restaurant. Amenities were great, except we would have loved and coffee/tea maker in the room.
This is not a chain hotel which makes it special. It has historical significance and it’s proximity to venues and restaurants makes it an ideal place to stay.
Love, love, love the historical nature of this beautiful property. Our room (a deluxe king) was plenty large, and well appointed. The bathroom was adequately roomy and clean. The bed was too soft. The floor above creaked. (Not good!) The ambiance of the central lounge with enormous fireplace, soft music, old furniture, and wonderful art pieces, was irresistible, and we spent a lot of time outside our room in the lounge with other guests. The downtown location is unbeatable. Plenty to eat and see and do very close by. I love this hotel! (Except the soft mattress and the creaky floor above.) Next time I'll request the top floor! lol.
