Our stay at the Montvale hotel was very pleasant. It's style is very unique and rooms are very clean and nice. Close to all the downtown highlights. Highly recommended.

I had booked the presidential suite for two nights, but the day we were to arrive, I was told that they had overbooked, and changed us to a loft room. The loft was nice and very large. However, the bathroom sink faucet was barely attached, so we could not use it. We told the front desk, but it was never fixed. As a result, we had to wash our hands in the kitchen. Also in the bathroom, there was some blood on the wall and no trash can. There was a TV in the bedroom and in the living room, but we couldn’t get either one to work, as there was no connection. We told the front desk and a staff member was able to get one of the TV’s working, but not the other.
