Quiet hotel, friendly staff, cleanliness was fine, needs updating, but breakfast was good. Would stay again, and would recommend to others. I was concerned about location and safety, but didn't feel unsafe at all after the first night. WiFi worked fantastic and after getting around traffic, and road work, was easy to get in and out of parking lot.

I can see why some would be put off by fair bridge just b cause if it's location. But I assure you the price point is great especially for how close to downtown it is. Yes there is a a large homeless gathering across the street, but tbh they don't bother you unless you bother them. The staff is friendly the rooms are very clean and comfortable. I always stay here when I visit Spokane.

Blooked a room two weeks in advance queen bed no smoking. When we checked in we were given a room with two dubals first floor room smalet like someone had peed the bed looking out the window rock inbankment and trash. Went back to front desk and at first she told us they had nothing else I showed her my booking confirmation and saw my frustration She looked again and found the room. She was very nice and did help me!

Overnight stop on the road from Seattle to British Columbia. Got a flat on our rental car!!

The moment I saw the location of my room, I knew that it wouldn't work for me... Next to the entrance to the rear parking and the stairway door. Door slamming all day and all night long. People hanging out by the door to smoke at any time during day and night, and consequently getting into heated discussions.... Ugh. I am pretty sure that my neighbors across the hallway were dealing--they had people come and go throughout the night. My request to change the room was turned down. I had to use makeshift ear plugs made from toilet paper. Rough night that I ended up paying for.

No services within walking area, but this is not a safe area. No microwave in room, bad breakfast..

The price was right and I got a free upgrade. The breakfast was better than expected including lactose free options.

Not the quality and cleanliness we were hoping for. If you're looking for the cheapest option and are okay with old decor, not very clean, and very basic, then this will work. My group wasn't looking for 4 stars but at least wanted something a little more professional and put together. Breakfast was sub-par, staff was not overly friendly, and the elevator and hallways were really depressing. Fortunately the bed was ok and shower was sufficient. It's just not a place I would come back to.

We were tired, and had some challenges with door and TV, but staff was so good and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, also.

Hotel staff was amazing! The hotel was old dirty stained smelled needs remodeled. The breakfast was cheap cold and nasty

First I'd like to point out that google maps often sends people to the wrong hotel. We drove around the river near the Fairfield inn's looking forever and then asked them for directions. They had a map with their hotel and ours already circled then showed us the way, it happens all the time they said. This hotel is near Frankie Doodles and Dick's hamburgers. The hotel is pretty bare bones, nothing fancy, which is fine. When we got there it was raining hard and had been all day. We got into our room and there was water dripping from around the window. So we put the ice bucket under it and called the front desk. The lady working said that it was because of the rain and that they'd had several other calls already and that it should stop when it stops raining. Ha! I actually didn't mind because I listen to a white noise machine at night of a babbling brook, so this was similar. The bed was fine. The shower had an adjustable head that didn't adjust anything but worked fine. There's no fan in the bathroom so I left the door open. There is however a smoke detector right outside the bathroom, which I set off with my shower. The whole experience was pretty comical and the staff were very nice. In the morning however there was a burrito breakfast bar! It was awesome! It was small but had eggs, tortillas, cheese, ham chunks, and potato slices with seasoning and a microwave to heat it all up. There was also ceral, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, french toast, bagels, etc.

Hotel was very dated . cleanliness of floor in room could have been better. But very quiet.

I always book this hotel. It's near downtown and it has always a good price.

The pictures are not even close to what the inside of the hotel looks like. Bedspreads are from the late eighties maybe nineties. Just looks cheap and not at all like the pics. The furniture is worn and old, carpets ugly. I expected a whole lot more than what I found when I walked in

Its an older hotel and the rooms could be a little cleaner but over all our experience was good. The staff was great! Noisier part of town but with in walking distance to downtown. The breakfast was ok needs more proteins maybe some sausage or hard boiled eggs would be good for people that can't have wheat or dairy.

Good one nighter stay but could use more cleaning staff.

Was pleasantly surprised, clean and friendly also takes pets.

The hotel itself was nice and the beds were very comfortable however the location was not ideal. People approaching you in the parking lot asking for money and trying to sell drugs, 7/11 across the street is host to lots of loud groups, car alarms going off, and excessively loud music from passing cars. The bad part is we stayed in the middle of the week, don't even want to know what it would be like for a weekend stay. Don't expect to fall asleep before 1 am if staying here.

Generally you get what you pay for...this isn't a five star, but comfortable enough. Breakfast, however, was impressive in variety and quality.

We are happy that you found our beds to be a good size and comfortable. Our single queen beds do not come with a refrigerator and microwave. If you are needing a refrigerator or microwave these would come with our double queens or kings, please ask our front desk if there is one available if you are needing one. (upgrade may be additional. There is a microwave available 24 hrs in our lobby as well. Thank you!
