I enjoyed my stay. I had a drain problem with the bathtub and when I received a text from the hotel checking in on my stay, I informed them. They were prompt and fixed the issue while I was away (with my permission, of course). I prefer other Hiltons due to size and tech ability, but I knew what I was getting here. I enjoyed my stay.
Hotel was clean and front desk staff was very nice. They were able to get use checked in early. Cleaning staff was rude. They would block the walk way and look at you rudely if you needed by. They started cleaning at 6:00 am and where listen to music and would slam the doors. Also make sure you are not close to the ice machine or you will be woken up every 20 minutes.
Room and facility were generally nice with comfortable beds and really great staff. They weren't dirty, but not as clean as a hotel of this rating should be. Hallway carpets weren't vacuumed the entire stay (3 nights). I know because a pen was laying in the floor outside our room and was still laying there when we left. Carpets are old and our room had several long frayed strings around the room. They aren't cleaning everything. Dropped something behind the dresser/tv stand and almost couldn't find it because of the garbage laying back there. Bathroom is a closet. Barely room for one person and we had two trying to get ready for our events at the same time and basically have to straddle the toilet to do anything in front of the mirror. Don't be in a hurry either. The elevators are slow and tiny. Mostly problematic during morning check-out. Often had to wait and let several cars pass because they were full. Also proved difficult, because multiple organizations where there at one time and exasperated the problem. Everyone seemed to need to be somewhere all at the same time. I'm not saying I wouldn't recommend this as a place to stay, but if I'm looking and paying for something more than a basic hotel, I'll probably look elsewhere.
This is the perfect place to stay if exploring Riverfront Park. The pool was fabulous! Spencer's Steakhouse is out of this world. Made for a wonderful 10th Birthday trip for my son! We'll be back!
We told the pool would be fixed for our stay it wasn’t… requested a roll away bed was told it was in the room, the security guy tried to put the bed in the room but scratched up the dresser and hit the back of my ankle. I asked him to take it back. The next day the service crew tried to put it down but know one told me they’d be up and my suitcase was in the chair they had to move so they didn’t move it. Day 3 I finally got the roll away bed.
Room was quiet
The staff was very kind and helpful.
good food
Front desk rude had to pay 22$ for parking. Locked out of our room front desk was very rude and made us wait forever to get us another key
The proximity to the river was great. We weren't told there would be no maid service. When I went to empty my own garbage, I found out that garbage and recycling all go to the same place. Having bins marked for recycling, but then never recycling is not eco-friendly!
Beautiful setting, convenient to river walk & downtown! Staff was great!
Friendly staff and so welcoming always get great rest due to the cleanliness of the room. Beds are very comfortable and showers are very relaxing. The cookies at check in are delicious and a great way to say welcome.

Thank you for your feedback. We are installing new guest room carpet as we speak and made an enhancement that dramatically decreased elevator wait times earlier this week. I have shared your feedback with our housekeeping team to all of our team members are inspecting behind every dresser. Thank you again for staying with us, we hope to welcome you back soon

I am sorry for the confusion you encountered with the rollaway bed and the unforeseen maintenance issue with the pool. We had a pool pump fail which was replaced with a brand new part that ended up being faulty which delayed the repair as we had to order another replacement. We are reviewing rollaway process with the management team and staff. We hope to welcome you back the next time your travels bring you to Spokane
