A very large and beautiful property, but otherwise poorly staffed, incredibly slow or unavailable wifi and food/beverages were terrible. It was a very disappointing trip and a location that I would encourage others to avoid. The resort as a whole is clearly operating beyond their means and overall quality decreased as a result.
Very nice overall. Need more bars. Adult only pool should be refurbished. Everyone very nice. Excellent beach!
Huge property, nice location and horrible management, everything disorganized, most of staff speak only Spanish, have to wait to sign in for Covid19 test for more than hour, than spent another hour to find the place. Property map pour, there is no signs or direction, need to explore everything by yourself. No AC or fans anywhere but room and club, check out took another 30 min.
Unfortunately we did not have a pleasant experience. This was our very 1st all inclusive resort and the very 1st time to vacation without children or friends. After waiting in a line with 3 people ahead of us for an hour to check into our PREPAID ocean view ADULT ONLY room was not ready till the next day at 3:00 pm. The wait staff was friendly and efficient in all dining areas but concierge, and reservations were not. The rooms had not had a deep clean in a very long time but the beds were clean. We had room service once and the tray that our food came on sat with scraps of food and milk outside our door for 2 days before anyone picked it up and the only thing that resembled “Adult Only was our wrist bands. We seriously deserved a FULL refund.

The beach was beautiful & nice sand. The food was good and staff was friendly.
Beach amazing! Food horrible. No good wine and lack of name brand alcohol! Room was comfy! No shows or entertainment ;( and coffee didn’t open until 8 and wasn’t a Starbucks;)

This experience greatly exceeded my expectation. It was my first time in Mexico and I was traveling alone. The resort made me feel safe and comfortable every step of the way. It was my first time in an all-inclusive resort as well. The staff was great - especially my massage with Susana, Mariza at the Festival, Mendoza at Asiana and Yosseth on the shuttle. The food was on par and plentiful. They are operating on limited capacity and I really enjoyed that. I was grateful to take a break from wearing a mask and extreme social distancing. I also loved the howler monkeys right next to my room, the coffee bar and that beautiful beach. I think my only complaint would have been the other guests - people being mean to their kids or blasting their own personal speakers at the pool. Everything else was wonderful. I will definitely be back!

It was a beautiful resort, loved the monkeys, the beach, the grounds, the staff was friendly, the food very good. It was pretty noisy at night with the disco playing after the nightly show, the noise came right to our room. We had to leave the bathroom fan on and the tv to drown out the music, and could still hear it, usually lasted till 1:00am. Will ask for a different room next time! And yes we plan to go back!!
