Worse experience ever. The hotel is dirty, messy and poorly run. I called twice about having to do a late check-in and I was told on my 2nd phone call that they were about to run out of rooms and couldn't guarantee there would be one available for me even though it was already paid for. Once I arrived and was checked into the "last room available", I walked into the room to find 2 people already in there. There was another guest in the exact same situation as me, were he checked in and walked into a room with people in there. Katia, the woman at the front desk, was very ill equipped to handle the situation. At one point she burst out laughing when the other guest came down to complain about being given a room with people in it. Once we decided to just cancel and find other accommodations, the police walked in and started filling out a report about a room being broken into the day before. After asking Katia about the situation and her being asked if there was an internal report for the property, of course she said there wasn't. As we were walking out, another guest that had already paid for his room walked in just to be told that all the rooms were sold out. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The $100 deposit should be added in the total booking process. If not then at least have the option of a refund. The needs to be a reconstruction of this building. It’s rundown and scary

It reminded me of my life with my wife Jackie Rogers but was she was unable to attend.

When I arrived I was told that no rooms were available. No explanation and it didn't matter that I had a reservation through Orbitz. Unfortunately there was a major concert at the nearby arena so I had to travel quite some distance to find another room anywhere.

The dirtiest place I have ever been. No parking space. Rudest staff. The room I reserved for was not given. They should close this filthy place. Not worth for my money. Why do I have 100 dollar additional charge in my credit card for property? Please reverse it back. So disappointed! Do not recommend this fuckin hotel!

They had Bed bugs. It was absolutely Horrible and I would never go back or recommend

This was a place to rest my head, but the facilities were in poor condition and it was not conveniently located near public transportation. The complimentary breakfast options seemed like false advertising. I recommend spending the extra money to stay downtown.

The room was falling apart. The toilet didn’t have a lid there was weird black stuff in the corners of the room and tub

The room had an bad odor complain to the front desk and she laughed The hotel is it self was falling apart The whole experience was very uncomfortable Peoples told us there was bed bugs to be careful Never was told about the 100 dollar hold for the room Front desk wasn’t helpful at all like it was a joke Worst experience ever

Rooms smelled, Elevators did not work, stains all over the carpets. Would not recommend.

please don't stay here bed bugs infestation , filthy enviroment

Disgusting. The worst hotel I ( and you) stayed at. Smells. Unclean. Filthy. All rooms and corridors smell like cigarettes. Bathroom are dirty. Loud fan in the bathroom. Worst lights. Shame on orbitz for having the hotel on their list. I thought there will be a standard to hotels. I stayed in motels in third world countries and they were 100 times better than this one

Nothinf was nice cant believe you would have a hotel like that on orbits

Pro: very close to good restaurants and baseball complex Cons: sheets had stains. The was some kind of weird, possibly nail polish, stain on the bed backboard. Floor was dirty. Elevator is broken, we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs with a baby and all our belongings. No hot water!!! Asked for more pillows and never got them.

No working elevators....room was located on the5th floor...we were given a refund

Elevator was not working , stink like cigarrete in the room , very few towels the tub was dirty

They had no elevator working, had to climb 3 sets of stairs.it was horrible. It is very dirty. And worse, NO PARKING !!! and they charged for parking. There isn't even enough spaces for the room supply. We had to leave our car in front of a lined no parking area, chancing a ticket.
