I specifically booked this hotel for the self parking and the $20 credit from orbitz. The hotel was unclear on parking and I said I did not wsnt valet. I got to the garage they wsnted my keys for self park. I wasnt comfortable with that. They finally let me have my keys cuz i was so uncomfortable with that. Then in the morning the gatge was rude charged me 15 for keeping my keys, then the hotel charged me again and did not give me credit. They are shady rude and clueless. Do not stay here. I slso got charged for stuff i didnt order. So noe i have contact my bank for a refund. This was the worst experience ever.
Towels and sheets were dirty. Found garbage under the bed.
The hotel staff is the best in the industry. The hotel is clean and well kept. The garage staff are real good at their job and friendly. We definitely will return again.
The staff were friendly. While the lobby is new and very up to date, our room was run down and dirty. We would not use the TV because the remote was filthy.

From the first person that we met (dropping off pickup in the garage) through check-in, restaurant staff, cleaning staff, bell staff, check-out, and garage again, every single member of the hotel staff was friendly, courteous, and thoroughly professional. Hotel is located well in a walkable area with easy access to mass transit, attractions, and dining. Rooms are actually decorated instead of mass-produced garbage that ordinarily adorns a hotel wall. Excellent experience.
My wife and I stayed at the Warwick Hotel for several days in June 2022. The property is in a great area for walking, going to restaurants, museums, and hanging out. The hotel is well maintained and is staffed with excellent people. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the stay, that is until the last night - our neighbors became quite loud and seemed to be party HQ for their friends. I spoke with Adrian at the desk at 10PM and by 10:30PM we were back to enjoying another quiet night. We will definitely return to the Warwick Hotel for our next visit to Philadelphia.
I love a boutique hotel! The decor…especially in the lobby was gorgeous. The location of the Warwick is perfect too! Price was comparable to other urban hotels and still affordable.
The hotel is within walking distance to great food and shopping. It was clean and has nice restaurants on site. The only draw back was parking was expensive almost 50 dollars a day and the beds were on the smaller side.
Nice hotel, nice updated rooms, responsive staff
Hotel is located in the heart of downtown, a block from Rittenhouse Square. Beautiful lobby a rooms were spacious and clean. Some people said the rooms were outdated in their reviews but I feel the room were quite up to date. Parking is available and attached to hotel and is under $50 a night which I think is reasonable. Room rate was under $130. This is my go to hotel for Philly now.
