The staff were almost uniformly unfriendly and unhelpful. The place was shabby. The only good thing is the location and the rooms are large. Our heater broke and it was in the 20’s outside. The maintenance man asked if we wanted some extra blankets! Then to get another room we had to go downstairs to get a key.

Car valet staff does not answer the phone when you call them. It takes at least 20 minutes to get through to them, which is unacceptable. This is the second time I’ve had this issue with them and as many stays at your hotel.

The room was dated and the hall partly torn up. The staff would start banging doors at 6:30 am, talking loudly, and COOKING food in the room adjacent to ours. It was like trying to sleep in a fry kitchen. It only stopped the day we left because I complained to the front desk. The cooking- not the rest. Housekeeping never came to our room because we weren’t out before 8:30 am. No towels no fresh cups no garbage pick up. The lobby is nice and the location. But would not stay again. I’ve never had a room that reeked of cooking oil.

The furniture in my room was in very bad condition. The bathroom tub had rust around part of the tub and the stand that holds the sink was in terrible condition. Rugs also needed replacing. The lobby was nice .
