The entire property was filthy. Glad it was a brown bag breakfast to go because it was too dirty to eat there. Only 1 of the 3 lamps in our room worked. Floors were uneven. The room had a window a/c unit that clunked on & off. The toilet faced the shower and our knees hit the glass of the shower. It was ridiculous. I took a picture of it to show if someone from corporate wants to see.

Just what we wanted as far as convenient location and price. Lots of close places to eat. Staff tried hard to be helpful; maybe the front desk could have basic travel, train, (SEPTA) and Amtrak info handy. Was very helpful to be able to store bags after checkout. Room was small but very satisfactory for our needs. Managementmentioned more upgrades coming.

Tiny foot print with big return

Looked for ever city hotel with access to Wells Fargo center via the orange line. Tiny building wedged into store fronts. well renovated older building with very nice lay out for guests room. Modern bathroom. No broken or worn-out fixtures. Staff very helpful and eager to please

Aside from enjoying our stay, we loved the fact that there was a parking garage directly across the street that provided and "in-and-out" rate for hotel guests. That could not have been more convenient. We will be back on our next visit to Philadelphia.

The staff were all great, property was clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff took the time to check on us to make sure we were happy with everything.

We did not find any good varieties for breakfast. It was below the basic level. Hotel was very neat and clean. It was convenient for the sightseeing and walkable streets.
