This resolved my needs.
Found so many roaches in the room. Roaches are everywhere in the room. I did not have good sleep. Scared of entering into my ears…
I checked in, went to my room, immediately found 3 live roaches in the bathroom, kitchen area, and by the bed. I immediately went downstairs and complained, they said there were no other rooms, so I had to check out! Took pictures of everything. Orbitz said the manager has to issue a refund. I am waiting for resolution on this! Gross!!!!!!! Also, there were no free utensils or dishware to use at the property, unlike other places with kitchenettes that provide these basic free amenities. Also, there were no washcloths I noticed in the bathroom, only bath towels! This was bizarre, frustrating, and disgusting. I found out there were several homeless families actually “living at this hotel.” Not a good sign…bad for business.
Do Not bring anyone you love or respect here. Please.

I liked that you did not have housekeeping entering your room each day, and the rooms were quiet and adequate. Be prepared to bring your own hairdryer, towels, soaps, kitchen items, towels, bath tissue, kleenex, iron, bar soap, and some bug spray. (yes, there were a few roaches) The staff were just not there. I called the phone number and waited, and waited, and waited, and then left. You need to bring your two towels per room to the front desk to exchange for clean towels each day, and wait, and wait, and wait. You are only allowed one roll of toilet tissue each day, so go to the front desk and then wait, and wait, and wait.The staff will argue with you, but hold your ground, don't let them give you a floor mat instead of a bath towel. No hand towels are provided. And you will be scolded if you set damp towels on the counter. You must empty your own trash, take it to the dumpster at the far corner of the parking lot. Probably why the roaches are climbing around the room, the lack of trash pickup causes sanitation problems. A bit of a sour, yukky smell near the elevator areas. The staff probably have bad supervision, and do not feel valued - because that is how they treat the guests. This was the most bare bones, skimpy extended stay I have yet encountered.
Staff not friendly. Tried to tell me I could not cancel multiple nights. Had no soap at hotel. Bed did not look like sheets had been changed. No Ice.
Smelly with roaches and a lot of noise. Dirty towels and bed sheets.
I've been to nicer cheaper suites. This was terrible. Towels dirty, toilet drain stained. Eww
No se lo recomendaría a nadie, la habitación estaba muy sucia con cucarachas y huevos de cucarachas, salían de los receptáculos y en el microondas, hasta habían en las sabanas “Limpias”. Pero el staff de Orbitz nos reacomodo en un hotel súper limpio y habitable para toda la familia. Gracias Orbitz staff.
