Smart and affordable choice for extended stays, business trips. Staying here was a wonderful experience. Loved the room - Spacious room very comfortable bed nice kitchen and amenities. The management is great - They were quick, friendly and efficient, and helpful when we needed something. Will absolutely try to book here again when we return to Orlando.

The internet is only the free mediocre 5Mbps internet. There is no login and pay for (or Free if you have status) internet that is better. 5Mbps is all you can get. It was nice that the wired internet port works, but still only 5Mbps. The housekeeping crew is good. They make cool towel sculptures, and you don't notice them, or are bothered by them if you sleep in. There are little things like the Smoke Alarm buzzer that have inches of dust on them, so while the day to day cleaning is fine, there are no deep cleans going on. Maintenance was poor. For example, my toilet wasn't bolted down well and shifted around. The floor lamp in my room is bent and about to fall over, the thermostat is wonky at best, and one of the windows had a failed seal and was very cloudy. I was checked in by the Night Auditor the night of Nov 7th who was not friendly at all. There was no acknowledgement of my Platinum Elite Status, no gift, no points, no upgrade, even though I was checking in so late. Even the same key card as everyone else covered with advertising. Overall, my feeling was Meh...when I left. If it wasn't for the cool housekeeping staff, I probably would have given a poor review.

I was impressed about the service provided by the front desk. The location is great, close to a lot of restaurants also free shuttle to Disney. I will definitely be back with my family next year for a week at least

Great hotel with professional staf. The hotel is in a very convenient location. The hotel is small but very comfartable with a swimming pool, a lobby bar. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, jams, butter etc. (everything you could need). Nice size shower. Comfy beds. Very Clean.

As a seasoned traveler, I have a more critical eye. Residence Inn‘s tend to not be luxurious spots so I manage my expectations. However, there are little things the hotel can improve to make the travelers experience better. For example when the cleaning crew comes out in the morning during the morning rush, they can try not to block the entire hallway with their carts. Also, I think the employees when transporting supplies should default to the guests instead of having them take another elevator. The gym was minimal at best which I can handle but it was extraordinarily hot and not ventilated. Also there were no disinfectant wipes so you could not wipe down the equipment. These are small things but would make a difference. The front desk staff was pleasant but when I informed them I wanted to check out a day early, and told them in person, they did not do it.

I spend 100+ nights per year in all levels of accommodations. Many being Marriott brands where I also maintain status. However honest, I wish my review was more positive. The only positives are the maids and beds. They did a wonderful job each day leaving amply towels, toiletries and fun towel animals. Beds, linens and pillows are newer and of good quality. Areas of concern/failure: Front desk guy at check in was not welcoming and borderline unprofessional. No greeting; no confirmation of departure date or room/bed configuration. He never acknowledged my Marriott status; nor did I receive my thank you amenity (which I could see like 20 bags made up). A different guy at check out and the same disappointing/unprofessional experience. With the exception of the lobby and breakfast area; all other public spaces and our room was very dated, physically worn and dark. Hot water doesn't seem regulated; scalding hot at only a half turn to the left. I'm not sure of the pet policy but twice we encountered 2 dogs in the elevator and 2 different dogs on the 1st floor by the rear entrance. In conclusion; there's far better properties in the area for the same price...

My sweetie & I were here over Columbus Day weekend & had not previously stayed here before. We are Marriott Rewards Members (22 yrs) & have stayed at Residence Inns before. This place was average. I was able to request for (& receive) top floor & a room upgrade. There are 5 floors w/elevators on both ends (elevators had expired inspection certificates, AUG2016). Workout room is on first floor & small. There are 3 treadmills, free weights & a workout bench. On our arrival, room was freezing. Temperature set at 68 degrees (brrr). Save some money & don't turn the a/c so low. Full kitchen has the stove & fridge right next to each other (also not energy efficient). I am not sure if the hotel recycles, I didn't see separation in the waste baskets or bins on the lobby floor (I didn't ask either). The room had a so-so king mattress. It was obviously worn or had never been flipped. There was a prominent dip in the center (couldn't see it when looking at it but we could definitely feel it). TV cable on the TV in the bedroom either had short or was loose (we checked behind the TV & connection was OK but did not check behind the dresser it was sitting on). Every time we turned the TV to angle it, the screen would go blank for about 2 seconds, then come back on. The TV in the living area had a very short cable. I was initially sitting at the table by the kitchen area & needed to turn the TV towards me but wasn't able. The cord would not allow such a reach (I didn't think that was over-extending the reach either but apparently it was). Breakfast was OK. We went down for breakfast on the first morning but opted for Denny's on the second (which was within walking distance). Scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, cereal options, yogurt, Belgian waffles, juices, et cetera. Coffee was very strong (even the decaf & even with adding creamers). Attached picture is the after room-service extra touch we received (I'm not sure if everyone got this). My eyeglasses were sitting on some folded hand towels & face cloths made into a sitting rabbit (?). Cute.

Stayed one week to attend Microsoft Ignite 2017 and this hotel was not by personal choice. It is within walking distance of the Orange County Convention Center. Rooms are spacious; but that only provides you are larger venue of the poor quality. Unfortunately there was a pest control issue where I found several bugs, including cockroaches. Air condition was very noisy. Breakfast buffet was poor and served on disposal paper plates and with plastic cutlery. I would never stay here again!

I had stayed many times in this property. Last reservation, i was not able to stay and i actually called the day it needed in order to cancel without charging my card. I was given a confirmation that later i found out it was invalid. The front desk manager Tatiana said they could not help me and Gina the General Manager threaten that the person providing the friends and family rate would be in trouble because i asked for a refund. On a reservation that i assumed i canceled. It was a horrible customer service experience and i will never be staying here again. I know many people in the Marriott business and this General doesn't deserve anyone's business.

this hotel is quite average but breakfast is included and the staff are nice. the amenities include gym, swimming pool a little shop where you can buy snacks. when we arrived and got into our rooms we realised this is not the room that we booked it was much smaller so we asked to move to another room after 2 days we were finally moved and they took our suitcases and all our belongings to the new room for us which was a nice touch. we didn't spend much time in the hotel as we mostly went to the theme parks. Univeral was only a 10 mins drive away!!. they offered a free shuttle service to disney epcot which was good.
