The hotel was just ok .... the service was ok fine.good location. You will find restaurants in the are and some open 24 hours. Also it is a pharmacy around walgrens in walking distance.

The hotel met my expectation at this particular location/branch.

The hotel was a great affordable find since the hotel originally booked was terrible. The front desk was great. My only issue was that the beds aren't that comfortable. They are VERY firm, yielding little comfort. The room was fairly clean. My problem was that despite letting them know the first night of the issues in the room, they never came to fix the. The window screen was out on the floor, the last guest left food in the refrigerator and the bathroom tub did not look to have been cleaned properly or potentially at all. And being informed that house keeping does not enter unless the stay is 8 days or more was a bit disheartening especially if I made the complaint upon entering my room. Overall the place is well kept and nice. I just don't know if I will go to this one again based on them doing nothing about my complaints.

It was ok hotel. Breakfast was below average. They ran out of items 15 min before 9:30. Bathtub faucet was leaky. But overall it was ok.

It was fine for the money, but I was moved from another Extended Stay America near the Convention Center such that I had to spend hours arranging transportation to the Convention Center. This was the responsibility of of the online booking agency--not the hotel.

It was worth staying at staff was frendly. Location was good also.

Great external view and appearance of property. Unfortunately, carpet of assigned room had some odor that clearly indicated it was not clean, we let our 2 year old kid walk with his white socks for about an hour, the result as you may imagine, black socks, first time we saw that, it was like he was walking on dirt. I prepay for my stay and I didn't want to make a big deal out of it, I just wanted my family to have a good time. But first and last time for me at this property.

Overall good experience. Staff ranged from exceptional to mediocre . Breakfast was adequate . Location to. Convention center was excellent

Good for short time convention center. No housekeeping for 5 nights

We were at this hotel for a conference and vacation after. It was okay. The location and shuttles were it's strengths. But the room were not clean. We found a condom wrapper in our room and they never had cleaned towels. Also we had concerns with our safety.

THE TRIP WAS NICE .. ENJOY, ENJOY, ENJOY, OURSELVES. YES, I WOULD TELL A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER(S) ABOUT THIS LOCATION.

When we went to our room the toilet was in terrible conditions, they gave us another room, we left and when we come back late at night we realized that the linen was full of hair (both sheets, and pillow cases), the garbage can under the kitchenette was with residues, it took me a long time to find somebody to talk about it, he apoligized, and apoligized doing nothing, until I had to ask him what he was going to do in reference to the incident, he looked in the computer, and as the hotel was full he couldn't give us another room. He was very inexperienced to handle the situation until I suggested to change the linen, as it was late at night nobody could come to change the linen so, we had to do ourselves, in the morning the manager didn't even know about what happened the night before. If I have to rate this hotel minus(-)one star is to much... Really an awful experience......I would not recommend this hotel to my enemies

The room was very clean. The only problem was that we were located above the front entrance, and you can hear people voices through the walls and window. Other than that it was ok

Clean and quiet room, with plenty of outlets, full kitchen, pleasant staff, good location by convention center, and plenty of restaurants within a mile. There are 2 Extended Stay Americas, one behind the other. If you go into the wrong one, they'll direct you. One complaint: painfully slow Internet for free. Getting online is a multi-step process, and the final step is a pitch to up-sell you to faster Internet, and I had to go through the entire process several times when going online before it remembered me.

The room I was given smelled like stale cigarettes, as I did not initially request a non-smokoing room. The front desk was very nice and offered me an upgraded deluxe, non-smoking room for $5 more per night, which I accepted. It was lemony fresh and very clean. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the deluxe rooms on the first floor.

Checked in, and carpet was wet. Maintenance came & just threw some towels on floor after making an unsuccessful attempt at trying to vacuuming it. Smoking room, smelled of stale smoke and nasty air freshener. Have paid less for more.

Hotel is very convenient if your destination is Orlando Convention Center. That's only 15 min walk to West Building and 20 min to South-North building. Trolley Stop is very close. They have shuttle service once a day to Theme Parks (call for schedule). Amenities are very basic but good thing they have a kitchenet, so if you travel on a budget with family you van save some money. Don't expect daily room service. Don't forget to bring your shampoo, they provide you only with soap. Price is very good though for the big room with breakfast area and working desk with free WiFi

Nothing in particular to like or dislike, but nothing to bring me back.

The extended stay hotels never seem to dissapoint. They are always clean and well kept. The hotel is very close to international drive which takes you pretty much anywhere you want to go. Although, we didn't go to seaworld, it is literally less than 5 mins away. We spent our time at Univeral Studios and Islands of adventure which was about 10 mins away.

We just needed a place to crash in, the room was beyond what I expected. Clean kitchen, beautiful beds, it was perfect for what we paid.
