The room was disgusting and the bathroom flooded. I had to leave and have a friend pick me up. The manager was rude and yelled at me. I have video footage and photos. I was told Inwould get a full refund.

Bugs and roach traps beds were stained and so were the bathroom shower and toilets. Top lock was broken so we had to put the chair in front of the door. We switched rooms and it wasn’t any better

THIS PLACE HAS ROACHES and I’m not talking just one INFESTATION. When I checked in someone was waiting in the lobby to be moved to a different room due to roaches but I didn’t know that until after I spotted more than one roach in my tiny double room. As I was waiting to be refunded another lady was demanding a refund because of the same issue. They’re spraying pesticides in the hotel to try to kill of the buds but it’s bringing them out MORE. The gentleman at the front desk working overnight 1130pm on Thursday nov. 6th was the rudest man I ever made contact with in customer service. 0/10 save your money and go elsewhere. It’s absolutely disgusting.

The older gentleman who manages the front desk during the day is very professional, warm, and generous. All the staff are very kind. However, the buildings and rooms need some TLC - there are stains on the ceilings, walls, and floors, lampshades are torn and bent, surfaces are dusty/moldy, and fixtures are crooked/broken. Moisture and constant dampness seems to be an issue, as my towels never fully dried. All that aside, given the location, it’s surprisingly quiet and felt safe probably because the orientation of the buildings and being set back a bit from the main road.

Very Good Choice

Located where you can easily access all the Orlando sites. You can travel easily from this hotel and visit parks, city, etc. It also has good restaurants and shopping options nearby.

How long it takes to clean up a small room!!

I had reserved a rom for myself from Thursday, 4/24/20025 through 4/27/2025, (Thursday through Sunday). I had arrived on Thursday. Friday morning, before leaving for the day, I have requested the front desk to fix my bed and clean the room. I found it was ok when I returned Friday evening. Next morning on Saturday, I have requested to fix my bed and clean my room. The representative at the from desk told me that they do not provide such service on Saturday and Sunday because they do not have housekeeping staff for the weekends. I have explained the clerk that I have paid the rate and I do expect each morning to have my room clean and the bed be fixed for each day of my stay. When I returned Saturday evening, I found my bed was not fixed and room was not clean. Nothing was clear on your website and I am thinking why I have stayed at this property? Besides the cap was open to the bathtub, sink. The sink was not getting hot water. The floor will leave black stuf fon your footsore if you walk without flipflop. I have not taken photo.

I paid for the room, drove from Tallahassee to Orlando. My card was charged, up on getting to the room the owner refused to allow me to stay after my reservation was paid for in full. Then the owner refused to issue refund

Overall check in was a breeze because I completed online check in. Front desk staff was friendly and greeted me when entering. On the room Ceiling Lights did not work or there was a magic switch somewhere we could not find. Couch bed did not have mattress or bedding. Bath tub needs to be replaced. Only here for one night to sleep before early morning flight.
