Run down. Tissue box broken, rusty cover on counter. Given barely enough toilet paper for a day. Only 1 hand towel not 2. Bathtub slippery so dangerous for disabled husband.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!
Ceiling tiles missing, halls dark with no lights, water dripping from the ceiling with wet floor signs out and a musty smell. I knew as soon as I entered the lobby that something was wrong. It was after 11pm and the lobby was full. I was 4th in line. The big family first had already paid online but had to pay more money per room for a deposit. Of course they were upset. The second guest could not find her room and came back to the front desk several times for directions to the room, then stairs etc the lobby attendant was very rude to her and didn’t explain there was no elevator for her and that the stairs were outside so she was upset. The 3rd guests cards didn’t work. And then I went. I just had a feeling I would have a problem too but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I know I booked and paid online! He asked for ID and told me I would have to pay more money because I booked through Expedia. I explained that I booked through hotels.com and that I paid in full he said I still owed money. I told him I would call hotels.com. They tried to call but he wouldn’t answer the phone. Hotels.com is now trying to contact them to process the refund! I didn’t stay!

I paid for my trip online the guy at the desk ran my credit card for $105 instead of jus the $5 that was due at the property. Then the lights wasn’t working properly.. but to top it off the toilet wouldn’t flush!! And the towels were dirty! Used towels were still in the bathroom!! Never again will I book a room there.

Dirty floor, a/c noisy, so noisy i had to max the volume on tv. Barely cooled room. One washcloth, c' mon, onr more washcloth aint hurting the hotels stock. Pillowcases hadnt been changed. Other than these few inconveniences, i had a good nites sleep.

The Days Inn brand is pretty miserable these days in Orlando. Note: there are 2 near Orlando Airport. They are miles from each other. It is easy to check into one, thinking you are going to the other. The Florida Mall one is basically a truck stop. Several semis were parked in the lot at this motel. Luckily they were not idling. Several of the street lights here were out, so I parked near the front office. The desk staff was functional but not too cheery. It's barely above a Motel 6. Okay for one night, but not any place to build a vacation around. Take a picture of your car before you turn in, just to prove it was there, if needed.

We were traveling to see our father who is in the hospital. We came into the airport very late, and had to wait for our rental car. I called the front desk from the airport to make sure we were still good with the reservation, and was told that the room would be held for us. Once we got to the hotel, we were told that the room was marked as a no show. The very rude front desk clerk sighed heavily and said that she would “go ahead and give you the room”. She was very short, and when I asked her where she would recommend us to park. She again sighed heavily and said “I don’t care, that’s up to you”. We just needed a place to sleep and shower prior to heading to the hospital to see our father. The room was dirty, there was hair in the sink, and there were 2 very thin and ratty towels for 3 of us to shower. The beds were old and creaky, and very uncomfortable. Overall, a terrible experience!!
